Jj and I being half decent, he quickly got off me, his movements being sudden and a little too quick. As he shifted off me, I noticed John B standing in the doorway. his eyes narrowed at both of us. He looked fumed with anger, clearly thrown off by what he had just walked into.

John B simply walked out of the room, Jj right on his heels. I pulled my shirt back on, slipping it over my head before falling slowly behind Jj. John B grabbed the keys to the Twinkie off the counter and made his way toward the living room, his footsteps quick and purposeful. Kie, Sarah, and Pope, still half asleep from the commotion, stirred and asked John B where he was going. But he didn't answer—just brushed past them, his focus on the door.

Sarah, already annoyed and barely awake at 2 a.m., had been lounging on the couch. She rubbed her eyes, squinting at John B as he moved toward the door. She wasn't about to let him walk out without saying something. With a frustrated sigh, she got up, her footsteps quickening as she closed the distance between them. John B didn't even glance back as he pushed open the door, and without missing a beat, Sarah followed him outside. Neither of them said a word, but their silence spoke volumes as they made their way to the car.

Jj and I stood frozen in the middle of the living room, watching as both John B and Sarah walked out the door. Kie and Pope exchanged a quick glance before turning to us, clearly confused.

"What the—what just happened?" Kie asked, her voice tinged with concern. "I haven't seen him that upset in forever." Pope nodded in agreement, his brow furrowed.

Jj and I didn't say anything at first, just giving them blank stares, like we knew exactly why it had all gone down but didn't have the words to explain it. We glanced at each other, silently acknowledging that we had fucked up somehow.

Kie and Pope exchanged another look after seeing us both leave the room, their eyes widening as they put two and two together. They glanced at Jj, still standing there shirtless, and then back at each other, the realization hitting them at the same time.

I turned and made my way back to my room, the tension thick in the air. Behind me, Jj stayed quiet for a moment before grabbing a random shirt he found hanging on the back of the couch. He pulled it on quickly, still not saying much, but it was clear he wasn't ready to just let things go. He followed behind me, his steps purposeful, like he knew there was no way to avoid the fallout.

As I walked into my room, I slammed the door behind me. Dropping onto my bed, I buried my face in my hands, replaying everything that had just gone down today. How could I have ended up with Jj and Rafe on the same day? What the fuck is wrong with me?

Jj opens the door without knocking, his mind clearly racing with everything that's happened. He looks at me and says, "Listen, don't worry about John B. I'll handle him." He pauses for a moment, as if debating whether or not to say the next part. Finally, he adds, "I wouldn't change anything that happened tonight. I just wanted you to know that."

With that, Jj left my room, keeping the door shut behind him.

I let everything Jj had just said sink in, leaving me more torn between the two boys than ever. And now, realizing the feelings Jj had been hiding, I was stuck in the middle, caught between them both.

I wake up, my mind instantly jumping to John B. I need to speak to him. There's this weight hanging between us that I can't shake, and I know I have to clear things up. My thoughts are racing, but one thing's for sure—I need to make sure everything is okay.
