Han Jisung's POV
My heart was beating so hard I thought it would burst out of my chest. Minho's question rang in my ears, and then we were kissing.
It was better than any dream, any hope I'd ever had. Minho's lips were soft, his touch sure, and I felt more alive than I ever had.
As we pulled back, I looked into Minho's eyes, a smile tugging at the corners of my lips. "Yes," I whispered, my voice filled with certainty. "Forever."I held Minho's gaze, my heart still racing. The enormity of our confessions and the kiss that had just sealed our fate was overwhelming.
I reached for Minho's hand again, intertwining our fingers. "I still can't believe this is real," I whispered, a bubble of giddy happiness in my chest.
Minho smiled, squeezing my hand in return. "It's real, Sungie," he assured me, his voice gentle. "We're real. This is us, now and forever."I felt a wave of emotions wash over me. It was all so surreal. Minho's smile, his touch, his words - it all felt so right, so perfect.
I looked down at our intertwined hands, my heart skipping a beat. "I feel like I'm dreaming," I confessed, a hint of a laugh in my voice. "But if I'm dreaming, I never want to wake up."Minho chuckled, a warm, comforting sound that sent pleasant shivers down my spine. "If you're dreaming," he replied, his voice fond, "then I'm dreaming too."
He lifted our joined hands and pressed a kiss to my knuckles, his eyes never leaving mine. "And if we're dreaming together," he mused, a small smile playing on his lips, "then maybe we should make the most of it."I felt my cheeks flush at the kiss on my knuckles, my heart skipping a beat. Minho's words were suggestive, a hint of playfulness in his tone.
I smiled back, my nervousness from earlier melted away. "Make the most of it, huh?" I echoed, my eyes glittering. "What exactly did you have in mind?"Minho's smirk widened, a look of mischief and affection in his eyes. "Well," he drawled, his thumb tracing lazy circles on the back of my hand. "It'd be a shame to waste this dream, wouldn't it?"
My heart was racing, the implications of Minho's words stirring up butterflies in my stomach. "What exactly are you suggesting?" I asked, my voice a bit more breathless than
I'd like.Minho's smile turned into a smirk, his grip on my hand tightening just a little. "You really want me to spell it out?" he teased, his voice low and seductive.
My mind was spinning, my heart now beating erratically in my chest. I knew where this was heading, but I wanted to hear Minho say it. "Yes," I replied, my voice a whisper. "I want you to spell it out."Minho's expression changed, a mix of desire and affection in his eyes. He took a step closer, closing the distance between us, till our bodies were almost touching.
He leaned in, his mouth close to my ear, his voice barely a whisper. "What I'm suggesting," he murmured, "is that we don't waste this opportunity."
My stomach clenched, my breath hitching in anticipation. "Opportunity for what?" I breathed, my voice shaky.Minho pulled back a little, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Opportunity to stop being two pining idiots and actually tell everyone that I, Minho, have a boyfriend now," he declared, his tone light but filled with happiness. "Or did you think I was going to suggest something else?"
Minho chuckled at my expression, knowing full well what he had been suggesting. "Judging by the look on your face," he teased, "I think you did think I was suggesting something else."
He pulled me closer, his arms wrapping around me in a loose embrace. "Don't worry," he reassured me, his voice low and seductive, "we'll have plenty of time for that later."Minho's touch on my waist sent shivers down my spine, and his words sent heat pooling in my stomach. "But right now," Minho said, his mouth close to my ear, "I want everyone to know that I'm off the market."
He nuzzled my neck, kissing my pulse point gently. "And that you," he murmured, "are all mine."
