THE ELEMENTS OF POWER

" I think one of us should pretend to...you know- become like those citizens we saw out there. And convince Sabrina enough that we want to join them. If we can do that, then we can find out abit more of Sabrina and eventually we can all get out this village with Sabrina!" Jewel said.
Cane and scourge exchanged a look and Maisy looked worried.
" hmm, I'm not too sure kiddo. Ya' know, we would need to change Sabrina back to her normal self- you know, her element avenge. And to do that we would have to find Sabrina's turner backer!" Cane pointed out.
" what's a turner backer?" Maisy asked, and got out a note and pen ready to write whatever information escaped canes mouth.
" a turner backer! You know, the item that turns an evil element back to good? Like we researched the night before, Sabrina's turner backer was a silver bangle with a green gem or something" cane explained.
Maisy had an idea and grabbed out the book in which was in her bag, Maisy always had a thing for researching, and saw this as an opportunity to educate the rest on what they needed to do.
Maisy had also stolen a book that meant a lot to scarlet- " the elements of harmony", which she found in the library.
" guys, we'd better find out what powers she has and all that stuff. We don't wanna be endangered anymore because of not knowing! Come close, and let's read this book." Maisy said and opened up the old, dusty book.
She flicked through the pages, Opal the element of, coco the element of, until she found it.

'Sabrina, the element of avenge. Powers can avenge those she loves, and avenge for those in need. Can be used in defence against enemies. She can become evil by becoming broken, or someone breaking her. Powers of hypnosis once activated opposite mode. To bring her back you must find the silver bangle which has a green gem inside.'

Cane blinked.
" well that was pretty helpful, must say. Thanks Maisy" she said and walked to the door.
The others turned.
"what are you doing?" Scourge asked.
" I'm gonna go find that bracelet. You guys distract her whilst I escape.
" wait, what?"
The door slammed shut.
They'd better act fast, otherwise cane would be caught and they would have to somehow free her.
" guys, come on!" Scourge said, flapping his wings in a hurry. They all rushed to the door and Maisy opened the door just to halt.
" well well, CANE. Come to join us finally? Others haven't..made their mind up? Hah, well that's too bad. At least you're here though, hm. Come to join me inside? We could talk and discuss about this rebellion against Sophie.." Sabrina lunged out her hand to greet cane, but she wasn't having it.
" eh, you know Sabrina, I was just thinking actually. How about we settle this issue where not everyone's watching? I see, your people seem to be very interested and eager to hear what I want to say to you, but this conversation isn't for all ears" Cane said and turned side to side. All villagers here were out of their houses, patiently waiting.
" oh, cane. That's lovely and all, but I'd rather stay where it's safe. You never know when Sophie is roaming, ya know. She could even be here right now come to think of it. You know she's a shape shifter, right?" Sabrina laughed.
" have you made up your choice?" She finally asked.
" about what?"
" joining me and my fellow villagers to kill Sophie"
" I...I guess..." cane looked pretty uneasy, as she wasn't too sure what the others will do without her leadership.
" great! All I have to do is one thing to make sure of it.." Sabrina took her into Sabrina's large tower. No one as sure what happened in there, but all they could see was green and purple lights.
" I hope she's okay" scourge said.
Jewel nodded, and she was finally feeling better from that weird dream of Sophie and her peace/chaos stuff.
The door opened. Sabrina walked out and dusted her hands, followed by cane.
" cane?" Maisy asked, uncertain.
Cane came out of the shadows to reveal a huge, happy smile just like the rest.
" no..."
" they hypnotised her!" Scourge screamed.
Sabrina laughed.
" I only had to make sure of it!"
They all looked in despair.
