"Wait.. this was not even the topic." Taking a swift swirl and dodging a crash with a person, Itaki's hands went sideways in a doubtful manner with a shrug as she continued walking backwards and gave her father a look.

Before Sasuke could reply to her, their gaze fell on a dark alley on the other side of the road. Both the Uchiha's took an immediate leap towards the direction of the alley when they sensed a strange chakra from there.

Leaping from one building to the other, their pace increased. After running for a while, they entered the forest. "There, I can sense Kaori." Itaki leaded and Sasuke followed behind.

"Itaki..!"

Princess Kaori exclaimed as the Uchiha's landed on the ground. Itaki tched when she saw not only Princess Kaori tied to a tree by a rope but Katsuo as well.

"Who are you!?" One of the rogue shinobi shouted when he saw the two Uchihas. The Miyasato siblings were kidnapped by a group of rogue ninjas.

"Yare yare.."

Itaki teleported next to Katsuo while Sasuke went after the rogue beside Princess Kaori. "Come out already." The younger Uchiha muttered as she caught a kunai in her hand which was aimed at her from the behind of a bush.

The ninja which was near Katsuo ran after the Uchiha with a sword in his hand. Clashing each other's weapons against one another, Itaki pushed down his sword with more strength and kicked him in the abdomen.

The man flew back and yelled in pain which made a few of his comrades come out as well.

They cried out with determination to capture the Miyasato siblings. However, their cries were silenced by Sasuke as Itaki helped Princess Kaori and Katsuo.

Katsuo's eyes frantically looked at the female Uchiha for any injuries. "Are you alright?" The boy exclaimed in worry, uneasiness spread on his face.

"I'm asking you something Itaki!" Her eyes rolled as she turned around to face him. "Will you-"

Blood came out of her abdomen as she spat blood. Kaori and Katsuo gasped in horror when they saw a kunai stuck in Itaki's body.

"Tch"

"What a waste of blood. I look away for one second and this happens." Itaki whispered to herself.

Her head started spinning as she lost her balance and fell on her knees while holding her wound. She looked around to see what was happening.

Kaori and Katsuo were calling out her name but she felt her whole body go numb.

Suddenly, one of the rogues grabbed her and flew away. Before Sasuke could help Itaki, the ninja vanished into thin air.

Itaki's pov

I ran away from the horror that I just witnessed.

Blood

Those protruding dead eyes

The screams of each other's names

I ran as fast as I could and I could feel my eyesight somewhat getting sharpened than my normal vision. 'What's happening to me?'

My eyes frantically searched for someone. Who was I looking for though?

At a distance, there was slight light which managed to seep out from the leaves. My pace increased, in hopes that I'll get out of this dense forest finally after a week.

"Itaki, run!"

I turned my head back to see uncle Naruto fighting back against those black clothed men.
