Cast: Yejoon (Yoon Seobin), Kyungwoo (Kim Jiwoong)
Today is Kyungwoo's wedding day. Yejoon has heard the news a few months before. He is completely aware that he and Kyungwoo have an unreachable happy ending. Kyungwoo has stated it from the beginning, and that fact has been deeply carved into Yejoon's mind. Never expected anything from Kyungwoo.
But like a fool, Yejoon finds out that he is still doing something foolish. Standing in front of the ceremony venue.
What does he hope for by doing this?
They have stopped talking to each other.

In a few minutes more, yes, in a few more minutes, he will be walking on that aisle. Kyungwoo knows he should forget all his remaining feelings for Yejoon. He has a wedding ceremony to attend and a bride to marry. But how can the only thing that is haunting his head isn't the giddy feeling upon seeing his bride's pretty appearance?
What is he waiting for this time?
They no longer talk like they used to.Where does this situation go wrong?
Did it start ten days ago?
Kyungwoo was looking at his phone over and over again. Staring at the same chat bubble since a few minutes ago. The chat bubble didn't budge at all while he was staring. It had not changed since the last time they talked to each other. Kyungwoo was aware that he was doing something stupid. Why did he keep waiting for something that unchanged? Was he waiting for a message that would never come, to come?
"I saw Yejoon was going out with someone last week."
Once again, Taehyun's voice rang inside his head.
Yejoon had moved on.
Their love was over.
Why Kyungwoo still could not get over his feelings for Yejoon?
No. They had stopped talking that time.
Did it start when Mingi told Yejoon to stop moping around after the meeting with Kyungwoo?
Yes, that time, Yejoon hardly moved his stare from the phone. He wished Kyungwoo would message or call him and tell him that everything he told him was only an April Mop joke, although it was June. Yejoon kept his hopes high.
When Mingi couldn't take the grim mood around him any longer, he confiscated Yejoon's phone and dragged him out of his cave.
Yes, at that time, Yejoon was quite cheered up by Mingi's unusual act. Mingi was never the type who really liked to go out, but when he did, he would make sure that it was fun for him and his companion. Quite working. For once, Yejoon almost forgot about Kyungwoo's existence inside his mind.
But, no... He and Kyungwoo had not been talking like they used to before it.
Ah, he remembered it. It probably started when Kyungwoo called Yejoon to a café to talk after they decided it was better for them to be separated for a while. Yejoon was tired of fighting with Kyungwoo each time they met.
At that time, Kyungwoo was the one who called him first, but he didn't talk at all. Yejoon remembered that day so much. The first thing that guy talked to him was
"I'm getting married in a few months."
How cold and distant it sounded that was. Kyungwoo didn't know how much that sentence had shattered Yejoon's feelings and also hope. How could Kyungwoo tell him that? Yejoon had already predicted that Kyungwoo would like to talk about ending things with him. He had already guessed it since their last fight. But why did it still hurt him so badly?
"Please, don't go."
Yejoon begged that night of their fight. He cried. He hoped that Kyungwoo would choose him instead of his responsibility over the girl.
But they didn't talk like they used to be anymore. Each meeting only led to bickering over small matters. Each talk turned into a broken heart. Each hug and kiss made their mind wander to the other things that weren't theirs. They used to have fun just by having each other. They used to talk about everything. They did everything together. They laughed. They loved.
Why did their relationship turn sour like this? How did it go wrong? What changed about them?
"Joon, do you wanna play a game with me?"
Yes, a game. Their start was only a game. A game that was proposed by Kyungwoo and accepted by Yejoon.
Who knew that a game meant to be fun turned into something painful?
No, they knew it from the start. A game of love would only result in pain.
Who did they want to fool?
Someone or their selves?
They already knew it since they laid their eyes on each other. It was impossible for them to have a happy ending. They could only play a game between them.
Why?
Because in the end, Kyungwoo will marry that girl. He will marry his responsibility. Meanwhile, Yejoon will leave with a broken heart. Completely shattered.
It wasn't because of Kyungwoo who was the bad person.
It wasn't because of Yejoon who was the fool.
It was because they were never meant to be with each other.
