The tequila was hitting harder than I anticipated, and as I stumbled back onto the dance floor, the lights felt brighter, the music louder, and the crowd seemed bigger.

My heart was still racing from the bathroom encounter, and I couldn't shake the sensation of Reece's and Xena's lips on mine.

I couldn't let myself still think about it though.

I did the only thing that made sense at the moment.

Drank more.

When I returned to the bar I saw Rose flirting with the bartender.

Which probably wasn't anything new for the bartender because he seemed to be laughing and joking along with her.

She turned around and she saw me, she seemed like she was also drunk.

"There you are! I was looking everywhere for you" Rose beamed, putting her arm around my waist. "What took you so long? Did you have a random bathroom hook-up?"

I stared blankly, It wasn't really a hook-up but I don't think Rose would be so happy about me making out with her sister and her sister's girlfriend.

I don't want her to think of me weirdly.

I just stood there with no answer which made Rose shake her head.

Which only made me assume that she was certain it was a hook-up.

"Never mind," she said, handing me a shot. "Let's celebrate! To living life with no regrets!"

how fitting.

"To no regrets," I repeated weakly, downing the shot without hesitation.

The burn was immediate, but that didn't stop me. I followed it with another drink that Rose inevitably shoved in hand.

then another

..and another

The world spun faster with every sip, but that was just what I needed.

to forget or at least get this night over with faster.

Unfortunately, The night still wasn't over because I don't remember how I got back to the booth, but I found myself absolutely slumped against the leather seat.

My head rested on Rose's shoulder as she giggled something I couldn't catch.

Great, I made a horrible attempt at getting blackout drunk just for the night to not even be over yet,

and along with that my body hurt, and my head was pounding

Across from us were Kiyomi and Maverick who were definitely eye-fucking each other

He was whispering in her ear and I could only imagine what he was saying to her.

but before those thoughts fully configured in my head I looked away, vision still in and out of blurriness.

Reece and Xena were seated nearby, I could feel their eyes on me.

"I'm fine," I muttered, trying to sit up straighter, but the room only tilted, and I nearly fell into Rose's lap.

"I've never seen you like this," She said laughing as she tried to steady me.

"How much did you give her?" Maverick asked looking at my state

"No Idea" Rose slurred, It seemed like she had a higher tolerance than me.

"I'm good," I slurred, waving her off. "I could keep going."
