Yin walked over to the window, his gaze shifting to the street below. He could see a couple of cars parked on the opposite side, their headlights dim but unmistakable. The paparazzi were still lingering, cameras trained on the entrance, waiting for any sign of life.

War stepped up behind him, peering over his shoulder. "They're still here," he muttered, rubbing the back of his neck in frustration. "It never ends, does it?"

Yin turned, a thoughtful expression crossing his face. He hadn't expected the night to feel so heavy, the weight of it all pressing down on him. But now, standing there with War, he couldn't ignore the urge to do something... rebellious. Something that would make him feel alive again, away from all the pressure.

He met War's eyes, his heart beating a little faster. "What if we just... sneak out? They're still watching, but what if we leave without them noticing?"

War raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued but also unsure. "Sneak out? You mean, just walk out and pretend they're not there?"

Yin nodded, a mischievous smile tugging at his lips. "Exactly. We'll leave through the back. I've got a door that leads to a side alley, no one ever uses it. We could go out for a walk, get some fresh air. It'll be like they're not even there."

War's eyes softened as he considered the idea. It felt reckless, but in a way, that was exactly what he wanted. He'd been playing by the rules for so long, pretending to be someone he wasn't for the public. The idea of just... escaping for a while, of feeling free for a moment, sounded perfect.

"You're serious?" War asked, a small chuckle escaping his lips as he looked at Yin. "You're actually suggesting we ditch the paparazzi and just go for a walk?"

Yin smirked, crossing his arms. "Why not? We're already in the middle of this whole 'pretending' thing. Might as well make it interesting. Who knows, it could be fun."

War laughed quietly, shaking his head in disbelief but also feeling the excitement building. It wasn't just the idea of getting away from the press it was the thought of spending time with Yin, just the two of them, with no cameras and no pressure. He liked the idea more than he cared to admit.

"I've got to admit, you're braver than I thought," War said, his voice low but filled with admiration. "Alright, let's do it."

Yin grinned, glad to see War on board. He made his way to the door, glancing back at War. "I'll lead the way. Just follow my lead, and we'll be out of here in no time."

The sound of War's footsteps echoed through the stairwell as he followed Yin up. Yin led the way to the rooftop door, the cool night air rushing to meet them as the door swung open. The city was sprawling beneath them, a sea of lights stretching as far as the eye could see. The night sky, though tainted by the usual urban glow, held a sense of peace that seemed to wash over War as he stepped onto the roof. The world felt quieter up here, the city's hum softened by the distance.

Yin walked toward the edge of the building, his hands in his pockets, the breeze ruffling his hair. He perched himself on the ledge, his legs swinging freely as he gazed out at the view.

War stood for a moment, taking in the scene. Yin seemed so effortlessly comfortable up here, as though the chaos of the world below didn't touch him. War couldn't help but admire that. He crossed the rooftop slowly, his feet light despite the heavy thoughts in his head. He hesitated before sitting beside Yin, a few feet away.

For a long moment, neither of them spoke, the only sound being the faint rustling of the wind and the distant noises of the city below. War kept his gaze on the skyline, trying to steady his thoughts, but everything from the evening the kiss, the way Yin had looked at him, how effortlessly Yin had slipped into a role that felt more real than any act they'd ever done was buzzing in his head.
