DIVERSITY / I value and prioritize diversity in all forms. This means avoiding the repetition of the same types of characters—especially stereotypical white, perfect characters. When submitting characters, please ensure they reflect a wide range of people, including individuals of color, those who identify as LGBTQIA+, people with different backgrounds, and those with distinct life experiences. The world is diverse, and I want my characters to reflect that.
CREATIVITY / I love unique characters! Please be original and creative when developing your characters. Make them distinct, with personal flaws, strengths, and stories that set them apart. Avoid copying characters from popular media or making overly idealized versions of people. Characters should feel real and have their own complexities. I want characters that can be straight up assholes too!
FACECLAIMS / When selecting face claims for your characters, please ensure they fit within the appropriate age range for the role or storyline. Faceclaims are technically not necessary though and describing their physical attributes might give you more freedom.
