At park mansion:

Jimin was lounging comfortably on the sofa, headphones on, fully immersed in his music. He was wearing his cute hoodie with the little ears on the cap and the tiny tail at the back, completely at ease in his own home, basking in the comfort of his surroundings. His legs were casually sprawled out, and the faint sound of his humming mixed with the beats, making him feel like the world outside didn't even exist.

That was until he opened his eyes and nearly jumped out of his skin.

Standing right in front of him, with an expression as stoic as ever, was his bodyguard-towering, silent, and way too close for comfort. He quickly yanked off his headphones, a scowl forming as he glared up at him.

"What the hell? You trying to give me a heart attack?" Jimin snapped, his hand flying to his chest like he'd just been struck by a lightning bolt.

The bodyguard immediately straightened up, his expression unreadable. "Apologies, Young Master. I didn't mean to startle you."

Jimin shot up from the sofa, crossing his arms as he glared at the bodyguard. "Next time, warn me before you decide to sneak up on me like some ghost," he huffed, his lips jutting out into an adorable pout, though his tone carried all the sass in the world.

The bodyguard gave a slight bow "Understood, Young Master. However, I was asked to deliver a message."

Jimin raised an eyebrow, shifting his weight onto one leg "A message? What is it?"

"The master has instructed me to inform you that you are invited to the Jeon mansion for dinner this evening," the bodyguard replied in his usual monotone voice, as if this was just another task on his daily checklist.

Jimin let out an exaggerated groan, his head tilting back. "Ugh, of course I am." He wrinkled his nose, crossing his arms tighter. "And why, exactly, are you telling me this? Where is my appa? He could have told me himself."

"The master is occupied with business matters and asked me to relay the message personally."

Jimin rolled his eyes and let out another annoyed sound. "Fine, whatever but next time, send a text or something. You're way too creepy when you're quiet like that." The bodyguard gave him a quick, professional nod before turning to leave.

As soon as the bodyguard left, Jimin let out an exasperated groan, flopping back against the couch. He grabbed a cushion, hugging it close as he muttered to himself, his lips forming a pout. "Dinner at the Jeon mansion. Great. Just what I need—a ruined evening...Ugh.....but I don't want to see that arrogant bastard's stupid face," he muttered, kicking his legs slightly in frustration. The thought of Jungkook smirking at him or even just existing in the same room was enough to make his blood boil but skipping the invitation wasn't an option either.

"If I don't go, Appa will be upset. And Jungkook's parents... they're so sweet they don't deserve that."

He rubbed his hands over his face, groaning dramatically again. "Why do I have to be the nice one? Why can't I just ignore everyone and stay here?"

He stayed sprawled on the sofa for a few more moments, staring at the ceiling as if it held the answers to his predicament.

until, suddenly, a sly smirk tugged at the corners of his lips. His eyes brightened with mischief, and he muttered to himself, "Oh, now I have to go to the Jeon house," he said, his voice dripping with sly amusement. "Let's see how that arrogant bastard handles a little dose of me."

He stood, his tiny tail on his hoodie bouncing slightly as he paced the room "If I'm going to step into enemy territory, I might as well make it unforgettable. After all, why just avoid him when I can have a little fun while I'm at it?"
