Blood Bond ??? -Sunghoon + Jungwon

Jungwons POV

Ferris wheels were never Jungwons kind of thing to begin with. He remembered it clearly as the day when his mother once took him to an amusement park when he was 6 years old. It was all fun until they lastly got to the ferris wheel. At the top Jungwon was impressed to have a clear view over almost half of the town however it didn't matter anymore when technical issues arose and Jungwon and his mom were stuck over an hour at the top. Enthusiasm turned into anxiety in that one hour and after that day, he avoided the ferris wheel like the plague.

It wasn't the last time he got onto one though. For his friends Jungwon would do almost everything. That included riding the death machine he came to hate so much. His friends didn't know and Jungwon didn't plan on telling them. There was only one person beside his mother and his grandma that was aware of Jungwons fear: Sunghoon.

It was purely by chance that his hyung came to know his secret. One time they had a school trip to the amusement park and his teacher made them all go onto the ferris wheel as the grand finale. Why do people always see that as the best way to end visits at a theme park? Jungwon couldn't understand. He felt his anxiety rising every step he got closer to entering one of the gondolas. Sunghoon was standing next to him, sensing Jungwons fidgeting his fingers and uneasy expression. No one else seemed to notice. So he did the only logical thing: he pulled Jungwon with him to his teacher and said: „Mr. Hong, I'm so sorry but I think I have a stomach ache. I don't think I can ride the ferris wheel right now. I would rather go to the toilet if you don't mind and I want Jungwon to come along to care for me."
Mr Hong had worry in his eyes. Sunghoon was one of his favourite students after all and he couldn't refuse him anything.
„Yeah sure Sunghoon-ah. Are you ok to go with him Jungwon-ah? I mean it's sad if you had to miss the last ride like that." Mr. Hong questioned him. Jungwon just shook his head in relieve: „It's not a problem at all Mr. Hong. I wanna take care of Sunghoon-ah." Mr. Hong looked touched by that „You're such a good kid. Take good care of Sunghoon-ah!" It might have helped that Jungwon was also one of Mr. Hongs favourite students.

They stepped away from the crowd at the ferris wheel and walked to the bathrooms. Both quiet but comfortable. Jungwon then stopped Sunghoon in his tracks „Thank you hyung.. but how did you know I'm scared of ferris wheels? No one knows." Sunghoon smiled reassuringly at him while he patted his hair lovingly „Because I pay attention to you Jungwon-ah" he stated simply and with that he turned around to walk further towards the bathrooms. Jungwon stood there for a second not knowing how to react. He was astonished. His hyung always seemed indifferent to things but this was the first time Jungwon understood how much the older really cared- he just had a different way to show it.

Now he was once again in front of his biggest enemy. This time with his other favourite hyung- Jay. He is one of the most important person in Jungwons life and he always had the urge to not disappoint the older. So that's what left him saying yes to a ride on the ferris wheel. He was nervous and this is why he didn't question why Jay specifically just asked him for a ride and not the others too.

When they entered the gondola, Jungwon felt his blood pressure rising but Jay didn't seem to notice his nervous state. He also tried hard to overplay it by smiling like a mad man. When they sat face to face Jungwon focused his eyes and mind solely on Jay to calm down his inner turmoil. What surprised him was Jay being really quiet and seemed equally as stressed as Jungwon so he asked: „Is everything alright hyung? Are you scared?" Just then Jay lifted his head up from the ground to look back at his friend smiling slightly: „It's not that Won-ah. I'm trying to say something now, that could change everything forever and I guess I'm nervous about how to tell you and how you're going to react."
Now Jungwon was confused and a bit scared „What do you mean by that hyung? You're making me worry."
