CHAPTER ONE: THE INCEST MAP

A loud sound woke Betty up, confused, she sat up while rubbing her eyes seeing her mom who after trying several times to wake her up, stood in front of her with two pans.

"Good morning my sweet child! If you don't start getting ready right now I'm going to start crashing them!". Her mom said as she opened her curtains to let the sun in. Not wanting to get a headache, the girl got up and hugged her mother. "I'm leaving in 15 minutes and I left you some breakfast downstairs." Nodding at the woman she made her way to the bathroom.

She showered and got dressed when her mom told her she was leaving, as she put on some music she couldn't get Anthony Vaughn out of her head. Since they went to the festival something between them had shifted, she would get flustered around him, and it wasn't like something had happened between them, they just danced and laughed. She blamed the drugs, they made her hallucinate the way he was looking at her, like she was the most precious creature in the universe. She also blamed her yearning for a relationship, her own head was playing with her feelings just because she wanted some attention unconsciously.

Finishing her makeup Betty grabbed her school bag and made her way downstairs. Her mom had left her some pancakes with an orange juice and a cute note, knowing her daughter wasn't a fan of mornings and didn't want to talk before she left for work.

Hi baby, I hope you have an amazing first day of term. I also hope you make a lot of friends and nice teachers this term!!

The sweet message put a big smile on Betty's face as she ate the food, this was going to be her year. The sound of notification made her pull out her phone to check it out.

Grabbing her bag she got her lip gloss and her lipliner out before applying it, smacking her lips she got out of her house making her way to Anthony's.

Ant's first words to her that morning were that she looked gorgeous, which made her thoughts from earlier return, as she blushed and complimented him back Dusty and Spider pulled up. "Hi lovebirds, get in before we are late!" Spider smirked making Dusty chuckle.

Realising they still had time Betty asked them if they could get some boba and after some begging they accepted. Betty, now happy, was listening to them talking about what crazy thing would happen that term.

As they made their way in, Spider and Bee sat down on a railing with Ant in between them and Dusty in front. Bored of their boyish conversation she started scrolling in her phone while drinking her Boba.

"Oi, missing your fourth witch?" At the loud comment Betty raised her head to see Amerie, Sasha and Missy, "Piss off Spider" Sasha said at the same time Betty said, "Shut up Spider".

"Hi Betty!" Said the pink haired girl, "Hey girls!" The other two smiled at her while they greeted her. "By the way Betty have you seen Harper?", Amerie asked her "Nope, I haven't seen you all in a while". When Dusty turned around to talk to Amerie, Betty took that as her queue to leave and go to the office, kissing Ant's cheek and dapping up Spider she made her way in when she realised that she didn't know where the office building was, looking around she saw two people who looked the most approachable.
