Hearing his mother question Arjun's eyes shed more tears,he shook his head slowly clutching his mothers mundhanai more tightly than before.

'Aluvatha,Arju. Ava unna maranthalum somewhere your still in her heart...Pooradu,marupadiyum ava venum na fight for her.Stay strong.I believe surely you will get her back again',said his mother wiping his tears embracing him tightly within her.

Arjun body start shaking more due to his crying 'Ennale annaiku ava antha valiyalae paaka mudiyala maa,she suffered because of me maa, pavom maa en Sana, ana antha vali la kuda ava enna thedana teriyuma maa,the moment i carry her in my arms...sh..she can feel me maa',he said cryig more.

After few minutes ,his sob stopped  only to fine him dozed off with tears streaked face. His mother who saw this shed her tears silently caressing his soft mane softly after wiping his tears.

'Ennale en Arju ippidi pakala mudiyale 'Krishna',avan kudiyae iru, avan santhosatha minji enaku vera onnum venam, Krishna', his mother silently prayed in her heart looking at her son's vulnerability of loosing his love. After a little while, she placed his head on a pillow and stood to leave only to be pulled back by Arjun who was still holding her mundhanai. His mother smile slightly while taking of her mundhanai from him kissing his forehead went to continue doing her gardening work.

The air in the house felt heavier than usual as Arjun slowly stirred from his sleep. The faint scent of fresh soil lingered in the air, a reminder of his mother's tireless effort in the garden. He walked toward his room, his steps slow and weighed down by the lingering sorrow. But as he reached the door, his gaze was drawn to the garden window where his mother sat, her book in hand, swinging gently on the porch.

Her presence was like a quiet anchor in the chaos of his emotions, a subtle reassurance that despite everything, she would always be there. Arjun lingered in the doorway, silently observing her. The woman who had always been his strength, his source of comfort, was now the one silently carrying the weight of his pain alongside him.

He paused, taking in a deep breath, then walked out to join her. She glanced up at him with a soft smile, her eyes filled with both love and understanding. The book was set aside, and she patted the seat next to her.

"Arju," she said softly, her voice filled with gentle encouragement. "Ippo okey ah,kutty ma?"

Arjun nodded slowly, though his heart felt a deep ache. "I don't know if I'll ever be okay, amma.

His mother's hand, rest on his, felt like a steady pulse, reminding him that he wasn't alone. Her gentle presence, her calm voice, and the familiar rhythm of their lives together were like the heartbeat of home. She wasn't just his mother; she was the anchor in the storm that had been his life for the past few days.

"Arju," she said softly, almost as though reading his thoughts. "I know it's not easy. I know the pain feels unbearable at times. But you have to remember... time will heal. And you, my son, have the strength to overcome this. I have no doubt about that."

Arjun turned his gaze back to the horizon, where the sun was now dipping low behind the trees. The orange and pink hues still painted the sky, but his eyes were filled with the quiet weight of his own regret. "Ennaku teriyala amma if time can heal this. Sella visiyam... they don't feel like they can be fixed."

His mother squeezed his hand softly, her voice calm but firm. "The heart has a way of mending itself, Arjun. Sometimes it just takes more time than we'd like. And sometimes, it takes a little bit of faith, even when we can't see the way forward."

Arjun leaned back, the weight of her words sinking in, and for a moment, he closed his eyes, letting the cool evening air wash over him. He had always thought of his love for her as something that would last forever, something unbreakable. But now, standing at the edge of uncertainty, he couldn't help but wonder if the heartache was just a part of the journey.

"Amma," he said, his voice quieter now, but steady. "I'll do my best. For her, for me... I'll find the strength."

His mother's smile was gentle, understanding the depth of his struggle without needing words. "That's all anyone can ask for, Arju. And know that no matter what happens,Naan eppothum un kudavae irrupen, kanna.Nee thaani aal ille ithula, ennaku en kutty ma vum,en thangamum marupadiyum onna serunum'.Hearing her,Arjun smile a little.

They sat in silence for a while, the world around them slowly darkening as night fell. Arjun felt a flicker of hope—a small spark that perhaps, just perhaps, the road ahead wouldn't be as lonely as it felt. It wouldn't be easy, but with his mother's unwavering support, maybe, just maybe, he could find his way back.
