Right where it mattered most.

It not only upset Izuku that Shigaraki had killed his best friend but right when Katsuki was beginning to be nicer and more accepting of him.

He was calling him by his FIRST NAME for gods sake.

And he knows he's selfish for it.

So, so, selfish.

Izuku sometimes catches himself wishing he killed Shigaraki then and there. He knows deep down it would've been better that way.

How putrid, Izuku.

You know what he went through.

Izuku Midorya is a horrible person.

A deceiving, lying, self centered, selfish, cruel, nasty, cynical, unacceptable, entity, unworthy of even the mere label 'person'. Because Izuku had turned into a monster. A heartless monster. A normal person wouldn't go so far.

So far as to

choke,

a reporter.

They only wanted to know how the great hero Dynamight was doing.

Izuku had to hold himself back from correcting the name used to address the young hero, but he knew what Katsuki had chosen for his full hero name wasn't the most pleasant.

But of course when the reporter started going on about how they were "so surprised the explosive boy got so injured." Izuku nearly chuckled. (It made him slightly happier that Katsuki was known for his outgoing, unapologetic, amazing, personality even during a traumatic event such as this.)

And he was gonna let it slide when the reporter said "He had such an abrasive personality so I figured he'd survive" because it was understandable. He went berserk, however, when the idiotic reporter stated "I never thought he'd be so WEAK." Izukus mind went blank and blackwhip shot out, aiming to strangle and mangle the innocent civilian.

Because what the fuck did she know about WEAK?!

Did SHE fight in the war?

Sacrifice her life?

KATSUKI IS IN THE HOSPITAL BED DYING FOR HER BITCH ASS.

She had absolutely no right to call his Kacchan "weak".

If Izuku was being honest, he could've stopped it.

Did he want to?

Did he even want to be a hero with this behavior?

He couldn't answer either at the moment.

He wanted to see the reporter in peices no larger than a thumbnail. He wanted nothing more than to use his bare hands and claw at the reposters face until it broke from mere pressure since he had no fingernails. He imagined the scene; gouging their eyes out first, slowly using the sockets as sort of peeling tabs to skin the body alive and when done with that, take out every too-

He had to retract blackwhip eventually though.

When Kirishima slapped him awake, and yelled at him, he immediately retracted it and apologized profusely.

Kirishima gave him a sincere look that said 'I get it man', and when the others were gone, he gave Izuku a one sided hug.

Izuku allowed it, considering Katsuki and the odd (to him) boy were close.

The events were all so confusing to him.

He just wanted his Kacchan back.

"We're here." A raspy voice called out to Izuku from- a car? Why was he in a car?

Aizawa looked over to him from beside him and sighed, thanking the driver and getting out to go around the car and open the door for Izuku.

As he held out his hand for Izuku to take he gently muttered "Izuku, what are some colors you see right now?"

Colors? What about them? Why?

Izuku opened his mouth to speak and realized only then how harshly he was breathing.

His breaths were ragged and it felt as though he couldn't hold onto the air around him properly.

He was drowning?

Like a fish out of water maybe? But he's a fish in water. He's not a fish though?

"Izuku." Aizawa had taken Izukus hand and kneeled in front of him in the car, no shame or embarrassment present as he squeezed it.

"I- uh.." suddenly, Izuku was very aware of how pitiful he must look. How embarrassing. He flushed up.

"I see Orange leaves." Izuku lowered his head. Why was he answering to Aizawas questions? They seemed useless to him.

"Tell me more about them"

Izuku still couldn't breath, couldn't Aizawa see that?? He took in breaths that slowly got longer.

How long has it been? Twenty minutes? Without being able to breath? Why is Aizawa still trying? He's a lost cause.

Just let him suffocate.

"Izuku," Aizawa squeezed his hand again and Izuku examined how naturally he seemed to be using his prosthetic.

"The leaves are really pretty because they look like goldfish. And- and- so are the daisies.." Izuku muttered out. He no longer felt like a fish out of water in water..(?)

He could breath.

"Wanna go visit him?" Aizawa asked calmly and quietly.

Izuku looked up at him and used his free hand to wipe his cheeks, which were surely red, and smile at the teacher. "Yes please!!" Izuku knew he wasnt fully calm yet but Aizawa didn't need to know.

Aizawa seemed to calm down, and stood up shakily trying to figure out how the hell he was gonna function normally in his brain with his prosthetic. And how the hell Izukus gonna function without Katsuki.

It's almost like Izukus the one who lost a limb (or a very specific organ that pumps blood) not him.

Well, that doesn't matter. Aizawas not going to get attached, that's stupid.

Izuku meekly gets out of the car and apologizes profusely for being what he claims to be "a crybaby". Aizawa ignores it and grunts, making his way towards the hospital doors.

Once he and Izuku make it to Katsukis room, Izuku walks in and closes the door on Aizawa.

Sighing, Aizawa calls out, "call me when you're ready to be picked up, problem child,"

Izuku shouts something that sounded like a "yeah I know" obviously ignoring him.

That's his cue to leave before this mani- problemat- kid thinks he's gonna try and break in to kill Katsuki.

Ok one ep a week the posting day will be Saturday. Taking it down gave me an opportunity to revise and add more (not much)!!
