Sam was about to tell the pack the plan to deal with Susan, but Delilah beat him to it, clearly thinking that it would be better to come from her than her father and Alpha. Given that she was the one who was going to do the impossible.

"Although what Susan has done is inexcusable," Delilah began. "Her wolf is innocent and has been suffering for far too long. Some of you may know, I am the daughter of Alpha Sam and Luna Ava. My grandmother on my mothers side was killed, as we recently found out, when my mother was born, after being kidnapped by an elder who had his son try and force her into a mating. Some of you will remember who she was, and how she had died." She paused for a moment, and Sam saw a few people nodding their heads. He was filled with pride at his daughter, she was clearly a natural speaker. "And you may also know that we, as a family, have been blessed. My eldest brother, Devon, is the natural born Alpha he was always meant to be. He has all of the qualities that an Alpha needs, as well as having other gifts. My other brother, Dominic, is an empath. Able to not only feel your emotions but help sooth you if needed. A natural mediator. And myself, I'm not sure what to call what I can do, but I have the ability to save the wolf within Susan."

The muttering once again swept through the pack. Some of them thinking she was lying. Others, however, thought what she said was impossible. But there were a few who knew she was telling them the truth, as they remembered her grandmother and how she had died.

"Susan has been abusing her wolf for far too long. And I plan to take her away from the evil woman keeping her imprisoned and alone, and give her to someone who will value her much better than Susan ever could." Delilah then turned to Ava. "Are you ready mama?"

Ava nodded, looking more than a little nervous.

Delilah then called Cassie up, and Sam was concerned that she might not be able to preform in front of everyone. It was a big ask for such a young girl, especially one who has only just come into her wolf.

He watched as his daughter took both of Cassie's hands, then closing her eyes pulled her hands towards her chest. After a few moments of nothing happening, Sam was convinced that Delilah wasn't going to be able to do it, but then he was shocked when she started to glow in the same manor that she had done while saving his mother before.

A warm glow that somehow made him feel at ease. The light slowly moved, until it encompassed Cassies arms. Eliciting a smile on her face that was almost blissful.

Soon Cassie was bathed from head to foot in the same light as Delilah, then the light moved away from Delilah completely, until Cassie was not only glowing with the light Delilah had initially spread over her, but now she had another light around her. This one though, was in the shape of a fox.

A beautiful fox, he had to admit.

He felt his wolf sit up and take notice. For the first time in his life, his wolf was noticing another creature.

He watched as the fox slowly moved away from Cassie, almost as if she was a ghost, and headed towards Ava. She hovered in front of her for a few moments, seemingly just looking into her eyes, then moved until she covered Ava, bathing her from head to toe in the same light. The look in Ava's eyes made Sam smile.

She looked so happy, and he could tell that she was already talking to the fox that was now within her.

Slowly the light faded from them, until they were all back to normal.

Delilah stumbled a little, but before Sam could move, both Devon and Dominic were there holding her up. Concern maring their faces, as they cradled her close to them.

"You okay, angel?" He asked his daughter as he moved over to Ava, pulling her into his arms.

"Yeah, I'm okay daddy. But I'm gonna need a moment before I can move Susan's wolf. She is going to take a little longer." She told him. She looked absolutely exhausted, and he couldn't help but think that maybe it would be better if she waited for a while before she tried to move Susans wolf.
