Louis's POV:

"It's three!!" I shouted, throwing Barou a cheeky wave and a wide grin "Your Highness, how about a little acknowledgment for the peasantry's brilliance?"

"You little—"

"Save it for the post-match press conference, King," I cut him off, my grin growing even wider, probably too much to be healthy.

As we got back into formation, Isagi gave me a nudge. "You know, you're gonna wake up one day and find Barou waiting outside your door with a bat, right?"

I shrugged, not missing a beat. "Eh, let him try. I'm fast, you know?"

The whistle blew, and the game was back on again. Isagi passed the ball to me with pinpoint precision, and I took off, weaving through midfield.

Barou was already charging at me, like the 'royalty' he was. "You're not getting past me this time, brat," he growled.

I put on my best dramatic face. "Oh no, not King Barou! Whatever shall I do?" I gasped in mock horror, flinging my arms wide.

Predictably, Barou lunged at me, and I dodged easily, sending the ball through his legs with a quick flick. I twirled around him, like I was at a ballroom dance instead of a football pitch. "Whoopsie!" I called over my shoulder, throwing him an innocent grin as I sprinted ahead.

Next up, Kira. The poor guy was stuck in a decision-making loop, probably wondering if he should guard me or Isagi. I wasn't about to make it easy for him, so I faked a pass to Isagi. He bit on it, shifting just enough for me to break free.

Now the  keeper was all that stood between me and goal now.  "Alright, Louis," I muttered to myself. "Time to get fancy."

I feinted left, then right, before chipping the ball just over his outstretched hands. It sailed in slow motion—or at least it felt like it—before nestling into the back of the net.

Team Red - 2

Team White - 4

Isagi jogged up, shaking his head but wearing a smile. "Show-off."

"Come on, it's working," I replied, holding my hand up for a high-five. But instead of slapping my hand back, Isagi locked eyes with Kira like he was piecing together a mystery.

Okay it's kinda creeping me out.

"Yo, Isagi! You okay, man?" I asked and he snapped out of his trance for a second, then shot me that serious, almost obsessive look. "Yeah, I'm good. Just figured something out."

"Figured out how to smile? 'Cause I gotta say, it's not working."

Isagi didn't even crack a smile. He just pointed at the field, his focus zeroed in on Kira. "Kira's weapon. His poisoning is impressive"
