"Okay, 3... 2... 1," I counted down, then launched into a series of flips, light crackling around me as I landed each kick on the training dummies. "Huh! Suck on that,"

Just then, I heard footsteps from behind. The guys came out from inside and made their way to the deck.

Kai, glancing at Zane. "Heh. Little slow today, huh? What exactly did you dream about?"

Zane replied. "I saw the falcon again."

Before either of them could elaborate, I turned to them. "Dream? What dream? What’s going on?"

Kai, rubbing the back of his neck, shrugged. "We’re talking about Zane’s dream."

Jay, added, "Whoa. Zane, every time you see that bird, something big happens. First, it led you to the secret tree house."

Cole joined in, nodding, "Then it led you to the Bounty."

"Wait—" I began to ask, but I was cut off by Dad’s voice.

"All right. Stretches. First, the Swooping Crane," he called out, facing away from us to demonstrate the movement.

We all followed, copying his stretch with our arms raised and feet planted firmly.

Zane, lowering his voice as he stretched, whispered, "This time, it showed me the Green Ninja."

There was a sudden hush. We all froze, eyes widening.

"The Green Ninja?" we gasped in unison.

Father didn’t miss a beat. He glanced at us, taking note of our distraction. "That looks like the shocked monkey-bad form. More focus!" he barked, and we quickly snapped back into position.

Jay whispering to zane. "You can't just drop a bomb like that. Spill the beans."

Kai, equally curious, "Yeah, what else did you see? What did the Green Ninja do?"

Zane glanced at us all before whispering, "He was fighting Lord Garmadon."

Kai's eyes widened. "That’s what the prophecy said. The Green Ninja would defeat the Dark Lord... But did you see which one of us he was?"

Jay leaned in. "Yeah?"

Cole, added at the same time, "Did you see who it was?"

Zane answered. "I couldn’t tell. He shared attributes that each of us possess."

Wu, however, wasn’t letting us get distracted for long. With a sudden shift, he called out, "Now, Pinching Crab!" He moved into the stance with the rest of us, and we followed suit.

I couldn't help myself, and whispered, "Well, yeah. The Green Ninja is supposed to have all of your powers—LIFE, Lightning, Ice, Fire, Earth... everything."

Kai, whispered, "Well there has to be a clue that tells us which one of us is gonna be the Green Nin-"

But before anyone could get too caught up in the moment, Dad had already moved. In the blink of an eye, he was yanking Kai by the ear, his grip unyielding.

"Ow! Ow! That hurts!" Kai yelped, his hand instinctively shooting up to his ear as he grimaced in pain.

Jay and I, naturally, couldn’t help but snicker at that. Let’s be honest, Kai totally deserved it.

Wu asked us, his voice calm but commanding, "What was so important that you had to ignore my teachings?"

We immediately started talking over each other, trying to explain, but Dad wasn't having it. "Since you all seem to be lacking focus," he said, his tone final, "you can all share in the punishment."
