As green divine energy holograms of my teammates form around me, my shared vision with them allows them to feel as though they're in the room with me.
Ember waves his clawed hand, and a system message expands to connect with the Demon's communication setup in front of the long table used for business meetings.
Facing the glass wall, Ember, Abby, Maria, Arie, Raven, and I look forward at the city.
Looking back, in between us and the Citadel, Torvak, Asic, Zashen, the Blue Wyvern, and Ava look back.
Torvak initiated the connection, so he is the first to speak.
"This is more faces than I expected..."
The massive Blue Ogre, speaking, turns its gaze across everyone in the room, but surprisingly, my Noble Human form is larger than this 1st Class monster.
Even the dark-armored High Orc, Goblin Queen, and massive Berserker Giant—all of them stand at heights shorter than my own.
The only exception to this is the enormous Blue Wyvern, whose natural form dwarfs all of us.
The Blue Ogre's gaze sweeps across all of us, lingering on Ember the longest out of everyone, but stops on me when he speaks.
"So, Seraphel was telling the truth. There really is such a thing as a Noble Human. I cannot verify these claims with my experience alone, but you certainly are no normal man..."
His head turns to the Wyvern, and he nods back, speaking in the deep tone I heard in the exile zones.
"There is no doubt in my mind—it is true. Even if it is meant to be impossible, this is the first Noble Human I've seen in all of my years alive."
The Wyvern's gaze scans us just like the Blue Ogre, but it is more interested in the four generals I've created holograms of.
"-And who are these guests? More humans, using a strange, unique transmission device local to your system?"
Its eyes shift back to mine, waiting for an answer to its question.
I inwardly grin and let my guests do the talking.
Maria is the first to talk back.
"Yes, we're humans... and—you're a real Wyvern..."
I make real-time adjustments to her expressions but leave out the intricacies of her core. The same goes for the others; all that is being projected is a detailed outline using green divine threads.
Abby speaks next, more focused on the point with her arms crossed.
"We're from the Lower Realm."
Arie and Raven are both awestruck by the figures they see before them.
Having tens of thousands of worlds connect to their system with other intelligent races to interact with is one thing, but standing in a room with other Lords like the Rising Emperor, with a backdrop of an enormous kingdom in the sky, is rightfully mind-blowing.
Despite this fact, the humans that look up at the massive monstrous Lords are not the ones with the most surprised looks on their faces.
Asic, the High Orc, commonly holding a stoic and unchanging expression—even in the heat of deadly battle—shows surprise and interjects the moment Abby reveals where they're from.
"The Lower Realm? What are you saying? That right now, we're having a live conversation with beings not here with us in the Upper Realm? I thought one of the Overseer's artifacts was necessary for a feat like that..."
