He says ki Chale abhi raat bohot ho gayi hain Gauri aur Bhavya bhi tumhari rah dekh rahi hongi, Oye hello hum tere saath sone wale hain said om, Haan agreeing Rudra; thike toh chalo toh sahi they supported him and made him sleep on the bed and after a while he slept, Rudra was still in the guilt and so did om as whatever they did with him, said to him, taunted him, he was still loving them and protecting them.
They had gone to Priyanka's room to tell her the secret and just like them she was crying and couldn't handle herself and om hugged her and made her calm. he said that they won't tell Shivaay about this now, he'll first recover from these things then they'll know what to do she went in the hall and saw him sleeping when she goes to touch him, he was having high fever and was sweating, she told this to them, and they tried to wake him, but he was not waking up.
He was having panic attacks he just couldn't open his eyes, he wanted to, but he couldn't, and he was again having the nightmare whatever happened that night, om and Rudra tried to rub his face and hands they were becoming pale, and om immediately called the doctor and the doctor said that it'll happen to him many times as the medicines he is on are high dose and it effects his body as his heart is not that strong.
They have no other options as the medicines is doing their work he is taking many medicines for heart, anxiety, and now for this. it'll obviously effect his body, but make sure that he doesn't take much pressure or else he could go into depression and he's on the edge to go into depression you'll have to make sure that he doesn't take any pressure by hearing this om felt that he's world is collapsing they have to save him from this.
he cuts the call.
he discusses this with Rudra and Priyanka. And they three felt that they are the one by whom he is at this stage, if they supported him at the time he needed and helped him in this process he wouldn't be at this place where he can go depressed.
