"So I want some where away but close to my other priorities, both of my storefronts are in Harlem so I would like to put this building somewhere close" I said to Mr. Siriboe as we sat in a small café, it wasn't my idea to come here but w.e. As long as I find a lot today so I can get building that's all I care about.
"Okay, well can you tell me what do you plan on building, what are you looking for? Do you want people to see the bad or the good?" He asked me and I tilted my head at him, before I could say anything John spoke up.
"He wants to people to see both, just so people don't forget where they come from when stepping into the office. Mr. Brewster is a businessman so it would be many people driving up to the office, so an area thats pleasing" John said and I nodded, I'm glad to have him here.
"Okay so I have a few properties I can show you now if you are willing to go?" Mr. Siriboe asked. I looked at the time and nodded my head.
"That's fine, let's try looking at 2 today I have to pick up my daughters from school around 3:00" I said and he nodded, we all got up and walked out of the shop, I got in the car, I waited for John before pulling off, following behind Siriboe.
"How you find this nigga. He look like he belong in jail or some shit, cheap ass suit" John said making me bust out laugh.
"Aye chill, and through Jay, this his friend or something like that" I said as we pulled up on a red light. I felt John staring at me.
"What?"
"Now why would you take any information from him, that nigga weird as fuck. He tryna get in our group and it ain't happenin" he said and I just laughed, I love my niggas but they need to chill sometime.
"He coo he coo, he is a nerd, he is hella smart" I said defending my employee.
"He is trouble as well" John said as he leaned back on the seat.
"Let's just see what he has to show us before we judge. Zac and Tyler are meeting us there" I said as I turned up the radio.

"So this is lot 1, inside the building it has an updated lobby, auditorium, conference room, fitness center, locker room, a small cafeteria" he said.
"This ain't gonna work" John said cutting him off, I smacked my lips.
"John go walk the building or something. I'm sorry about him, sir." I said to the guy. I looked around for Zac seeing that he was looking at the parking lot. "ZAC COME HERE" I shouted.
"You can continue, Zac is more civilized than John. He is my lawyer so yeah" I said and he nodded, as Zac walked up.
"Like I was saying data center, individual workstations, open floor plans, a Vehicle Bay, Generator, Boil Room, Electric Room, a basement with a lot of storage, a loading bay, a dock with rolling doors, and a big parking lot, as you can see. It is a little run down, and you may have to update some things but this is a start" he said and I wasn't really interested in the building I didn't like it at all.
