"Are you jealous?" Jiyeon eventually snickered and went to grab a teabag from the cupboard.

"Of course not."

"Mhm... sounds like you might be," Jiyeon murmured, "what'd the autopsy say?"

"I'm not jealous," Jungwon shook his head, getting a funny look over Jiyeon's shoulder, "I'm not."

"Good, would be weird if you were. You're not even my boyfriend," she chuckled in amusement and poured up the water before it had gotten to boiling completely. Made it cool down quicker in her head.

"No... but I could be," Jungwon shrugged and leaned against the kitchen table. A small smug smile on his face as Jiyeon slowly turned around, her hand automatically dipping the teabag into her mug.

"Getting bold, are we now Detective Yang?" Jiyeon questioned and arched a brow.

"How much do you hate me?" he questioned.

"Could be or would be?" Jiyeon retorted and he let out a small laugh at her, crossing his arms across his chest as he glanced her up and down, "I'm not taking any avoiding answers."

"Why?"

"Ah, ah, ah. That's avoiding," Jiyeon warned, "could or would mister?"

Jungwon stared at her for a good second, looking like a million thoughts and at the same time only one thought were going through his head. The next thought that went through his head was for sure a curse.

The quick knocking on their door had made both of them look to Mrs Mae who rushed into their kitchen with an envelope in hand, looking over at Jiyeon with excitement.

"You're never gonna guess what just came through the door for you!" Mrs Mae grinned widely and rushed over towards Jiyeon with the envelope.

"Oh wow... I never thought anyone would write my name like that," Jiyeon murmured and looked at the swinging handwriting.

Mrs Mae glanced at the mug of tea before quickly grabbing the teabag and throwing it over into the sink while Jiyeon ripped up the envelope and pulled out the card inside. Quickly she read it over with a small frown, slightly confused.

"Well?" Mrs Mae breathed out and gently tapped Jiyeon's elbow.

"Uhm... no... yeah... it's just a wedding invite," Jiyeon murmured, "I'm just... slightly confused though... it says I can bring an extra," she chuckled and showed Mrs Mae the invite, "Secretary Choi knows I don't have anyone to bring."

"Oh well, then bring Jungwon along. He'll do good in seeing something else but murder," Mrs Mae remarked and sent Jungwon a side glance.

"Down South?" Jungwon questioned and Jiyeon immediately nodded, "hm... when?"

"May. Isn't it a bit late I'm getting the invite? It's just in two months," Jiyeon remarked and Mrs Mae shrugged.

"You better reply that you'll happily attend," Mrs Mae gushed, "I'll do it for you!"

"I'll handle it, thank you, Mrs Mae, I need to know if I can get a few days off of work first," Jiyeon remarked and sent Jungwon a look, "seems that my employer has the memory of a goldfish."

"Tell me about it," Mrs Mae sneered, glancing at Jungwon before huffing and leaving the kitchen once again.

Jungwon watched her leave before starting to chuckle and turn back to Jiyeon.

"Wedding?" Jungwon questioned and raised both his eyebrows.

"Shut up. She was so nice to me," Jiyeon murmured, "visited me every day until I could walk properly again. Not that you care."
