Dilon Ka Takraar ~ Dushman Bane Premi (NeiRohi)

"Arohiiii" "A-Aarohiii"  Neil's voice echoed the hall when he runs downstairs looking for Arohi.  He spotted Manjiri who's coming out of the kitchen talking with Akshara. "Maa" He rushes to them, "Maa.... A-Arohii... Arohiii kahan hai?" (Mom.... A-Arohii.... where is she?) He asked panic layered his tone. "Neil.... shaant ho jao. Arohi....." (Neil.... relax first. Arohi went....) she paused as their eyes fell on Arohi who is seen entering the house, Neil rushed to her as soon as his gaze fell on her. "Aarohiii" he murmured against her ear as he hugged her. "Arohi kaha thi tum? A... Are you okay?" (Arohi where did you go? A.... Are you okay?) Neil asked breaking the hug as he cupped her face. Arohi removed his hands from her face, "Neil woh police station gayi thi aur..." (Neil she went to police station and......) Manjiri words cut off by Neil, "police station? Aur woh bhi akhele?" (police station? that too alone?) Neil asked looking at Arohi. 

Arohi's sleep broke, she opened her eyes to find herself in Neil's arms. their faces are so close and his hand is protectively wrapped around her waist. Arohi gulped at the proximity, they never shared bed and been this close before. she raised her hand, her fingers made it's way to his face, he's sleeping so peacefully but his face looks so tired and pale. she gently caressed his face making him groan and he snuggled more into her sending chills to her. "Tum bohut achi ho Neil. aur tumhara bhai sahi hai, main tumhe deserve nahi karti" (You are too good person Neil. and your brother was right, I don't deserve you) a lone tear escaped from her eyes. she gets up, wiping off the tears she looked at him one more time and left to washroom. after few minutes, she came out from the bathroom wiping her wet hairs. she goes to sit in front of the mirror, her eyes fell on the bruises on her neck. tears rolled down her red eyes, she's beaming with anger as her mind flashed the disgusting images of the three men trying to harass her. "I won't spare you bastards" she uttered, just then her thoughts broke when she heard Neil's phone ringing, she quickly got up to silence the phone as she didn't want his sleep to get disturbed. she was about to off the phone but stopped seeing the called id, which saved as 'Ayan Inspector'. "Inspector?" she muttered under her breath, she quickly went to the balcony, taking a deep breath she answered the call. the inspector told her that he called Neil to inform about the three convicts and he also said that Arohi has to visit the station to give statement and they needed her signature for which Arohi agreed and told him she's coming to police station now. with that she left for the station, she searched for someone to inform about her visit but when she's descending the stairs she saw only the empty hall room. she peaked in the kitchen but didn't see Manjiri there, so with no option she left to the police station but on her way, she texted Manjiri about it and asked them not to worry. 

"Kyun main nahi jaa sakti kya?" (Why?.... can't I go alone?) Arohi asked her face expression changing into angry one. "Aaru.... tum iss haalat mein akele nahi jaa sakti. tumhe rest karna hai" (Aaru.... you can't go out in this state. you need to rest) Akshara said trying to hold her shoulder but Arohi stepped back, her eyes sparked with anger. "Just shut up Akshara. tumhe kya padi hai mere liye? ye sab drama na at least ab toh band kardo. Goenkas nahi hai yahan" (Just shut up Akshara. why are you worrying about me? at least stop all your dramas now, our family isn't here) Arohi spatted and turned to Neil, "huh? tumne kya bola? mein nahi jaa sakti kahi bhi tumhare bina?" (huh? what did you say? I can't go alone anywhere without you?) she said in angry and annoyed tone. "Mera woh matlab nahi tha aur tumhe bhi woh pata hai. I mean tumhe rest ke zarurat hai. Tum akele kyu waha gayi?" (You know very well that I didn't mean that. I mean you need to rest. why did you go alone there?) Neil questioned back but Arohi felt like her head is spinning and before she could fall, Neil rushes to her and held her protectively. "Neil.... Woh kuch khaya bhi nahi hogi. Tum isse room mein leke jao main dono keliye breakfast bhej thi hoon" (Neil.... I think she hasn't eaten, take her to the room I'll send breakfasts for both of you) Manjiri said trying to handle the situation. Neil just nodded and helped Arohi to climb the stairs.
