The Arrest

Two officers approached cautiously, securing Naina's wrists with handcuffs. She flinched at their touch, her sobs turning into incoherent murmurs.

As she was lifted to her feet, she locked eyes with Inspector James. "You think I’m a monster, don’t you?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. "But I loved him... more than anyone ever could."

The inspector’s face remained neutral, his tone even. "Obsession isn’t love, Miss Chakraborty. It’s destruction. And now, you’ll face the consequences of your actions."

The Aftermath

As Naina was led out of the hotel, the city’s lights flickered in the distance, casting an eerie glow on her tear-streaked face. The weight of her choices hung heavy, her mind a chaotic storm of guilt, resentment, and denial.

Inspector James turned to his team. "We’ll need a full psychological evaluation. This case isn’t over yet."

In the backseat of the police car, Naina stared out the window, her reflection fractured by the glass. Whispering to herself, she repeated, "I didn’t mean to..." as the city blurred past, and the echoes of her actions closed in around her.

At the Hospital

Back at the hospital, Aarohi sat by Veer’s bedside, holding his hand tightly. Jason and Hitansh stood in the corner, their faces etched with concern.

"Will she talk?" Hitansh finally asked, breaking the silence.

Jason glanced at Aarohi, then back to Hitansh. "She already has. But whether it’s enough to bring her down completely... that’s up to the law now."

Aarohi’s voice was barely above a whisper as she spoke, her gaze never leaving Veer’s face. "She might have started this, but we’ll finish it. For Ishanvi. For us."

And for the first time in years, she felt the faintest glimmer of hope—a fragile yet unyielding spark against the shadows of the past.

Inspector Harry’s Interrogation Room: Naina’s Confession

The room was a bleak, gray cube, lit only by the harsh glow of a single overhead lamp. The metallic chill of the handcuffs on Naina’s wrists contrasted sharply with the fire in her eyes. She sat slouched in the chair, her lips curled in a defiant smirk as if daring the world to question her motives.

Inspector Harry observed her carefully. His years of experience had taught him to recognize when someone was on the verge of unraveling, and Naina Chakraborty was teetering on the edge. Two female officers stood at the corners, their stances taut, ready to step in at a moment’s notice.

"You wanted to confess, Miss Chakraborty?" Harry's tone was steady, devoid of emotion, as if trying not to provoke the storm brewing within her.

Naina leaned forward slightly, the metal of her cuffs clinking softly against the table. "Confess?" she repeated, her voice dripping with derision. "No, Inspector. I’m not here to plead or beg. I’m here to tell my story. My truth." Her voice cracked with intensity.

Harry nodded, his expression betraying nothing. "We’re listening," he said, gesturing for her to begin.

Naina’s Fury Unleashed

"It was supposed to be the happiest day of my life," Naina began, her voice calm at first, but it quickly gained momentum. "My wedding day. I was dressed in the finest red lehenga, every detail meticulously chosen. The Chakraborty family bride, poised to marry Veer Rathore—the man I loved."
