Chapter 24: The Last Stand of Vale.

Jason widened his eyes in disbelief at hearing Blake say that Raven Branwen is the mother of Jaune's betrayers/tormentors, which made him grip his fists tightly and grabbed Blake's shoulders as he looked into her eyes

Jason: We must tell Emperor Jaune about this immediately.

(Meanwhile)

At the ruins of the Kingdom of Vale, many of the surviving citizens, huntsmen, huntresses, Beacon students and Atlas Military remnants were gearing up and are busy setting up defenses around their ''resistance base'' since Jaune led the Fall of Beacon attack back when the Arcadian Empire was still the White Fang

(JTLYK: Oscar Pine became the Vale resistance leader after he and team RWBY, Ren & Nora came back to Beacon)

At Beacon Academy, mainly in the old office at the top, we see Oscar Pine talking to Glynda about the defenses being set up, the two then see a Huntsman arrive in the office while having an angry look on his face

Huntsman 1: Oscar, Glynda, we have two unwanted guests that arrived here a few minutes ago.

Oscar: what are their names?

The huntsman didn't say, but as he looked at Glynda and nodded at her, her eyes widened and grew a mad look at now knowing who's here

Glynda: Not Them!!

Later, we see Oscar, Glynda & the Huntsman arrive at the ground via elevator and see Team RWY (Ruby, Weiss & Yang), Ren, Nora and everyone else angrily yelling at...

Jaune's ex-parents, Nicholas & Charlotte Arc, the very same people that disowned their son and made him cause all the chaos that's happening all over the planet

Nicholas: Look, we know what we did was super dumb, but-

Nora: SUPER DUMB!? IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO DISOWN JAUNE!!!

Weiss: yeah, we're not letting you two join us after what you did!! You two are the reason Jaune formed his Arcadian Empire to get his revenge!!

Charlotte: (sobs) WE KNOW, AND WE REGRET IT ALL!!!

Nicholas: and besides, all of you tormented Jaune too so that makes you also guilty and no better than us.

Yang was very angry, but before she was about punch Jaune's ex dad, Oscar grabbed her arm and shook his head at her, saying to not go into her rage mode as she sighed deeply in calming down and looked at her mom Raven & her remaining followers

But Yang staring at her mom was cut short as everyone heard sounds of ships coming from the distance of the academy/resistance base as Ruby used her semblance to dash through the crowd of resistance fighters, to the back of the Academy and stopped at the cliff's edge, she widened her eyes in fear at seeing that the Arcadian Empire has arrived at their location

Ruby: Oh no.

(Meanwhile with The Arcadian Empire fleet)

On Jaune's Harrower dreadnought, which he named ''The Achilles Heel'', Jaune is seen sitting on his command chair and looked out at Beacon Academy with a glare, reminding him of the hell he went through after Cardin revealed his transcripts so long ago

Then as HK-47 approached his master from behind, Jaune spoke up to his droid companion with a sinister smile on his face

Jaune: Go with Adam, Blake, Illia & Enoch to the main hangar bay. You will all be the first wave of the assault.

HK-47 bowed to his young master

HK-47: Declaration: Assassination protocols, active. It shall be done master, and I won't disappoint you when I slaughter as many rebel meat bags as I can.
