"All right. Game on." Miguel changed into a straight face, preparing to fight.
As they closed the space between them, gasps and grunts filled the room. Miguel blocked her punches with ease and tried to sweep her leg.
"Close the gap." He told her, making her step forward so he could take her down.
She fell to the ground but was quick enough to get up before she could get striked once again.
"You're telegraphing." Miguel told her, kicking her in the legs. "Don't let me see it coming." She approached him, taking him to the ground.
"Did you see that coming?" She asked with a smug face.
Annabeth chuckled and raised her brows.
"So hot." She mumbled to Aisha.
Diaz clenched his jaw and sweeped her feet, making her fall and grunt.
"Maybe." He answered, panting. "My name's Miguel." Diaz stood up, offering her a hand.
"Tory." She sighed and took his hand, only to pull him on her back and drop to the ground. Miguel grunted, surprised as his back hit the mat. "With a y."

Annabeth chugged on a bottle of water as she followed Aisha through the mini market. She stopped by the candy section, grabbing some Pixy Stix packs. Aisha had convinced her to go to the beach club with her mother and her, so she felt like she could use something like that.
"We can take this." She whispered, turning to Aisha, who sighed.
"Let me guess. Dick Pic?" A voice drew both of their attention. It was Tory, from the lesson earlier. The two girls chuckled.
"No." Aisha sighed. "My mom wants me to go to the beach club with her." Annabeth chuckled at the answer.
"Oh my God, that sound ao miserable." She joked with a fake sad face, then grinning at the two girls.
"No. It's just...This girl, Sam's gonna be there, and she and I are not on goof terms." Annie rolled her eyes. "Whathever. I'm Aisha, by the way." She smiled.
Tory looked over at the Keene girl, pointing at the candy packs on her hands.
"Can you get me one?" She smirked. Annabeth returned the smirk.
"Uhm, no. That's mine." She tilted her head in a joking manner. "Annabeth." She said, throwing the girl one pack.
"Tory." She grinned.
"Hey, that's a cool bracelet." Aisha pointed at the girl's arm.
"Oh, this? It's not just for show." She chuckled. "Some creepy guy at the mall tried to grab me once, but I manged to block him and give him a gift he won't ever forget."
"Oh, wow. You seem like you already know how to kick ass pretty well. What do you need Cobra Kai for?" Aisha asked.
"I've had a couple kickboxing lessons, but I've always wanted to smash board blindfolded." She smirked, referring to one of their performances on the Valley Fest.
"Oh, you saw that." The Robinson girl laughed and Tory hummed.
"The secret is poking little holes on the blindfold." Aisha joked, making Annie smile and roll her eyes. "Hey. You wouldn't wanna go to the beach with us, would you?" She asked, looking back at Annabeth. "It'd be nice to have some more backup."
Tory showed a small grin.
"Guess I could suffer through a day at the beach." She said as they payed for what they got and left the store.
