"Hey guys!" The three turned and saw Luz had come with the news. "Did Eda say it was okay?" Max asked. "Well..." Luz looked down, not knowing how exactly to put this. "Oh, look!" Gus pointed up in the sky. Everyone looked up to see a full moon rising in the sky. "The moon is rising into place! And the celestial power is only in line once a year!" Hus says. "I can't believe I have enough friends to have a moon conjuring!" Willow held her hands together and gave her a warm smile.

Luz didn't have the heart to tell her friends that Eda actually said no to the moon conjuring. A small white lie couldn't hurt...right?

"Uh....yes, because she said totally yes! We can do it at the owl house" Luz told them. "as long as we don't make a mess or touch anything and never bring up that we did it" She laughed nervously.

The three cheered in excitement and called Luz the best. Willow, Gus, and Max started singing happily. "We're gonna do a conjuring! We're gonna do a conjuring! Conjuring! Conjuring!"

Luz looked at the moon worryingly, hoping this night wouldn't go wrong.

Tonight in the owl house, Eda was putting on her cloak to get ready to go to the night market. "Luz, you're in charge while I'm out," Eda tells Luz "Make sure Hooty doesn't get into any trouble" The door swings open "Hoot, Hoot, I don't need a babysitter, I'm a big boy house" Hooty tells her.

"You can Count on me I'd never betrayed your hard-earned trust," Luz tells her as she laughs nervously

Eda narrows her eyes "You're acting suspicious, you're doing that thing where you hide in your hoody" she points out as Luz has her cat ears hoodie over her head

"Meow! I'm not, er....oh where's King?" She asks, Eda opens her cloak to reveal King knocked out on a baby strap " Oh, he's right here. His little body just conks out when he's weightless, look at this." She tells her as she sways from side to side

"Aww! He's so dangly" Luz coo "Anyway, really Going now," Eda told her as she walked out the door, she turns around "And Luz, if you mess up the house, I will never trust you again," she said serious but then smiles "no pressure, bye" she waves and leaves

Luz puts a hand on her chest and sighs "Ay... should I be doing this? No, no Willow is counting on you" Then turns around and whispers "OK she's gone!"

Willow made the bushes they were hiding in disappear.

"We're so sneaky." Max giggled.
"I'm a sneaky sneaker," Willow says "I've got leaves in my pants....and I like it" whispers Gus as they follow Luz inside. Max scratched his right hand and noticed it was swollen. "That's new." He says. He digs into his travel bag to find some medication for this new allergy he discovered. "company, hooray! Finally, someone to listen to my stories!" Hooty said.

Max got a print of Monet and put it near his hand. The monster bites down on Max's swollen area. Max looked up and gasped, squishing his cheeks with the monster dangling from his hand. "Max gasped. "What is THAT?!" He pointed at Hooty with sparkling eyes.

Hooty gasps in delight "I'm a house demon!" He said excitedly "One time a sparrow flew into my mouth!" He continued "And then I..." a blue sparrow flew out of his mouth at that moment "No wait come back!" He calls out for the bird.

"He's so cool!!!" Max was bouncing from excitement like he ate 3 bags of sugar.

"sorry Hooty, I believe we best head inside, we'll talk to you later?" She asked him "Absolutely.....new friendssss~ hoot" he replied as he opened the door wider

"Thanks!" Max went inside. "Also, I think you're super cool," Max whispered to Hooty before filling going inside.

"Welcome to the living room," Luz told her friends. "That's because everything is living! The walls are breathing." Willow walked over to the wall to confirm and saw the wall moving up and down and saw it was actually breathing." enchanting!" Willow whispered in amazement. "And look at all these human treasures!" Hus beamed excitedly as he looked through Eda's chest. He pulls out a magic 8 ball and then a human skull." and actual humans!" Hus smiled.
