Hey guys! Don't forget to like or comment if you like to story and want me to continue it. Thanks!

Soon everyone started mingling with each other, Aarohi was doing her best to avoid any direct conversations with Viransh. Occasionally she would feel his stare on her, but she refused to acknowledge it.

"Um is there a charger I can use, my phone is about to die." Viransh asked the crowd.

"There is one in the other room, Aarohi can you please show it to him" said Akhil.

"Oh and while you are at it, show him the house as well" Savitri added with a mysterious smile on her face.

Oh both Aarohi and Viransh understood what that meant, they were getting send away so they could "talk."

"Sure, this way" said Aarohi standing up and leading the way.

Once out of everyone's site Viransh initiated the conversation, "Before you get any of your expectations up, there are somethings about me you should know."

"Go ahead I am listening."

Flashback

"Gupta I will not marry her!" Viransh yelled into the phone.

"Sir, she has to like you and you have to like her for that to even happen," Gupta replied, sounding unimpressed.

"Why would she ever say no to me?" Viransh scoffed, throwing his free hand into the air. "What do I lack? I'm handsome, rich, fit, humble, and down-to-earth. Just look at me."

"Sir, I'm on the phone. I can't look at you," Gupta said dryly.

"Gupta not time for jokes, point is," Viransh continued, ignoring the remark, "no sane woman would reject me. And if she says yes, Ma will give me those big emotional eyes, and then I'll be doomed. Doomed, Gupta! Do you hear me?"

There was silence on the other end of the line before Gupta cautiously asked, "Sir, what if we sabotage the meeting?"

"Hmmm, that seems like an interesting approach but how?" Viransh asked intrigued.

"Simple sir, we get her to reject you."

"Gupta do I need you to get your ears checked, have you not been listening? I am basically every mother-in-law's dream, why on earth would she reject me."

"You will give her extreme reasons too, womanzier, anti romantic, workaholic, not a family man, and the list goes on."

"Gupta," Viransh said, his tone shifting dramatically, "how does your brain work so brilliantly? It's almost as sharp as mine."

"Thank you sir, I have learned from the best."

"Of course," Viransh replied. "But if this backfires, you're getting fired."

"Why is my job always in danger" muttered Gupta but got ignored by Viransh as he cut the call.

End of flashback

Before he started talking, his mind went back to the phone call he had before arriving...

"Oh hello mister" Aarohi said waving her hand infront of him, snapping him out of his thought.

"Sorry just making sure you are ready for the truth" Viransh said with a smirk and his hands folded.

"Well I would like to see you try to surprise me" Aarohi replied with rolling her eyes.

"Alright" he said and as if immediately his eyes darkened. "Despite how modern my family and I look infront of the media, in reality I want a wife whose place is in the kitchen. I don't want her to work, I don't want her to have male friends, I don't want her to have any friends actually. I want kids in the first year of marriage and they will be solely her responsibility. I won't do anything like looking after them or changing their diapers or anything." He paused to see if there was any effect on her face, but to surprise she looked calm.
