*Ring ring*

I got a call from and unknown number.
"Whos calling you?" In-ho asked as he stopped playing with Jun-Seok.
"I dont know. Its unknown number." I stated and picked up the phone.

*On call*

"Hello?"

"Hello Y/n." I heard a familiar voice.

"Dahye." I quietly stated

In-ho and I both looked at eachother in both shocked and dead serious look.

"What do you want?" I asked

"I wanted to invite you for a dinner. Our house. I have a suprise."

Dahye said with malicious tone. I could feel her smirk over the phone. As much as I was happy to know shes alive, the same amount I was fucking pissed.

"When?"

"Today. 7 pm sharp. Dont be late. And also bring that hot 'husband' of yours." Dahye said and ended the call.
I slowly moved my phone from my ear and looked at In-ho.
"Whats the matter?" He asked
"Dahye invited us over for the dinner. I can sense there is something off about it." I stated and slammed my phone on the table
"Soo. Lets go, assess the situation." In-ho said
"You think?"
"Yeah, maybe it wont be so bad after all." He said coming closer to me and placing his hands on my waist.
"What about Jun-Seok?" I asked
"He can come with us." In-ho stated.

We both nodded to eachother and went to get ready, I mean it was already 5 pm.

Time skip

I had taken a nice shower, shaved and washed my hair, and In-ho did the same except the shaving. I had put on some light make up, to cover everything but not to be too much. I decided that I will dress casually, so I went with basic jeans, basic tee and beige coat over it. I also did light waves in my hair, just to make it more volumed and prettier.

"You ready?" I asked In-ho. He dressed black jeans, black turtleneck sweather and black coat, and he looked so freaking amazing.
"Yeah let me just put on some cologne."
"Alright I will go get Jun-Seok ready untill your done." I said and left the room.

I dressed Jun-Seok in normal toddler outfit excpet more fashionable and formal.
"Were ready" I said as I walked into the room, holding our son in my arms.
"Me too. Lets go the ship is waiting for us." In-ho said and we left.

When we finally reached the city I felt an uneasy feeling. I did both at the same time, want and not want to see my sister.
"Dont worry everything is going to be alright." In-ho said and placed his hand on my thigh. We drove in our black limo for around 5 more minutes untill we reached my childhood home.
"This shithole brings so many memories, its disgusting." I stated and we exited the car.

I hate this place since the moment my parents passed away.

The moment we walked in I was frozen in place.
I couldnt move for a few seconds untill I came back to my senses.

"Mom? Dad..?" I said quietly

"Oh.. My darling. Sweet Y/n." My mother said trying to hug me.
"Dont touch me." I said sternly
"Suprise!" Dahye yelled
"No! This is not such a thing as a suprise!" I yelled angrily
"Please Y/n give us a chance to explain." My father said

I angrily walked into the dining room and we all sat down.
We started eating our food, so slient only the cutlery, and how we cut the food being heard.
"So. Y/n. Is this your child?" My mother tried to start a small talk gesturing on my son.
"Our son." In-ho corrected her
"Dont give a damn." She rudely replied
"Dont talk to my husband like that." I said firmly.

"So.. Y/n your sister told us that you had gotten rich." My mother said
"Very rich." My father added
I dropped my cutlery very loudly.
"Is that the only reason that you invited me? To take our money?" I angrily asked as I stood up from my chair.
"Well..." My mother ran out of the words.
"You are unbelivable." I said angry and dissapointed at the same time.

"Dont talk to us that way. We were nothing but a great parents." My mother said angrily too
"Great parents!?" I exclaimed
"You ruined my fucking life! You disappeard for 8 years! Being 'dead' I had to raise Dahye untill grandma took her in! I had to raise your child being a child myself! And what you magically come back to life to what ask me for money?!" I argued

"We wanted to suprise you!" My parents exclaimed in unison
"Suprise!? I will be shitting on your grave once your actually dead!" I yelled and took my bag.

In-ho angrily stood up too and took Jun-Seok in his arms.
"This child deserves a better life." My mother said
"I was the child that deserved a better life." I said quietly and dissapointed.
"See you never assholes." I angrily said and we left.

After all these years.

They have been fucking alive.
