Rimuru's omni-versal journey

Rimuru was continuing on with his journey, crossing the endless void that separated the many universe's. He did not know where his journey would take him, and he didn't care, he only looked forward to a new adventure.

However suddenly Rimuru eyes widen in surprise, feeling a sensation he hadn't felt in a very long time. Inwardly Rimuru began to process this sudden sensation, ("This, This feeling... A universe has just been erased, and this power, their's only one person it could be.")

Trying to get even more clarification, Rimuru then inquisitively asked Ciel, ("Ciel, did you also feel that just now.") Ciel with her usual calm tone answered, ("Yes I did, A universe has been erased from existence. The genetic makeup of the energy source belongs to him.")

In response to Ciel's answer, Rimuru couldn't help but scoff, knowing full well who was behind this, ("What is that little shit doing, he better have a good reason for doing this.")

Ciel ("Master I believe you only have yourself to blame for this.") Ciel's voice was calm, yet carrying a hint of exasperation.

Rimuru ("Huh!, How is this my fault Ciel, I'm not in control of what that little idiot does.") Rimuru tried to shift the blame as best he could, however Ciel with her perfect memory and quick wittedness, retorted back at Rimuru, ("Yes but who created and gave the little idiot his powers in the first place, that would make you the bigger idiot.")

Ciel's stern words struck Rimuru deep like an invisible arrow to the heart, leaving him slumped over in defeat. ("Ok, ok, I get it,") Were the only words able to escape the defeated Rimuru's mouth.

But pushing aside the shot to his pride, Rimuru decided to press on, suggesting to Ciel, ("I suppose I should go check up on the little guy, It's been a few thousand years after all. Ciel can you lock onto his current location and warp us there for me.") Ciel sighed but reluctantly agreed and began teleporting Rimuru to this unknown beings location...

Meanwhile in the Dbz multi-verse, a universal tournament was being held, one in which combatants from 8 different universe's competed in order to determine which universe was the strongest, rightfully dubbing it the tournament of power. Normally battles between universes was forbidden, however this time it was Zeno, the omni king and god of this multi-verse who authorised this tournament.

The rules were simple, each universe was given ten slots to create a team of 10, this said team would represent their universe and participate in a battle Royale with the other 7 teams. Competitors would be given 48 minutes to eliminate as many combatants as possible. In order to eliminate a combatant from the tournament, fighters must knock each other out of the ring. Killing your opponent is forbidden and will result in disqualification for said participant. Once all 10 of your fighters were eliminated from the ring, their universe would be erased from existence, their gods included.

Apart from these few rules, it was pretty much a no holds barred slugfest. Their were only 2 paths for victory tho, 1st, the team with the most members still on the field at the end of the competition would be victorious, or, 2nd, be the last man standing.

Although this competition held much weight on it's own, victory could bring about changes to the entire multi-verse. They were not only competing to stay alive, but also a life changing prize that mere mortals could only dream of. They were competing for the super dragon balls.

The super dragon balls were planet sized dragon balls, they were originally spread out throughout the multi-verse, making them basically impossible to find, and for good reason. When gathered together they were able to grant any wish in the cosmos, any wish at all...

Currently the tournament of power had been underway for mere minutes, and now the battlefield had fallen eerily silent. A team had already lost all their members, and as per the rules their universe was vaporised in a instant. The combatants, onlookers, even the gods themselves were left speechless, some even visibly shaking. The realisation of what truely was at stake, dawned on them like a smack to the face. Having just witnessed the omni kings vaporise an entire universe in a instant, left everyone feeling like prey cornered by a menacing beast.
