He glanced at his summon hotbar.
He chose to drop a creeper down and let it create some distance between him and the Operators, with his Iron sword now breaking, he shifted to his Iron Axe and Pickaxe, if the worst came to be-
Then the shovel and iron hoe would have to do.
He teleported behind their lines via an Ender Pearl, his only Ender Pearl which was aimed straight at the Objective point.
The Three creepers, all charged-now that he is in his 2nd Phase- charged towards the Operators.
All failed, but one manage to blow up,which hits Penance, but her skill was active.
So all that damage was sent right back at Nate-
And he lost.
The explosion of knocked him out instantly, his Ender Pearl disappearing as he died.
[Defeat Registered]-The system chimed in.
[Boss Stage Complete]
[Operation Compete]
[ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!
(Blocks Destroyed) – Lose against the Doctor
(Victorious Placement) – Reach the Objective Zone but still lose.
(You Shouldn't Be Here) – Ender Pearl behind enemy lines.
(Right Back At Ya) – Die from your own attack.]
And everything went black.
Then-
-Respawn.
Nate gasped as he sat up, his vision blurry before snapping back into focus. His body felt... intact. No pain. No wounds.
"Did I...?" he muttered, a ding From the system altered him.
[Respawn Successful. Keep Inventory: ON]
[World Spawnpoint:None, Bed not placed, first spawn point not found]
Huh, Nate checked his Inventory and grimaced.
[Iron Pickaxe-Orange Durability.
Iron Axe-Red Durability.
Crossbow-Yellow Durability.
Back-Pack.
Brewing Stand.
Water Bucket.
Iron Tower Shield-Green Durability
Shield- Red Durability.]
Nate facepalmed as he saw the Tower shield, he forgot about that. He sighed before getting up.
And so Nate walked.
He had no idea where he was.
The towering buildings of Kazimierz stretched above him, neon lights flickering from signs he couldn't read, strange symbols and foreign language characters decorating every other storefront.
But no, they were just Terra's version of Polish, yep, Kazimierz is Terra's Poland, but with Knight's.
The streets were dimly lit, the artificial glow of technology making it clear that he wasn't in some medieval fantasy.
[Kazimierz: A nation of corporate-controlled nobility and a messed-up Knight Tournament System. Also, lots of politics you probably don't care about.]
Nate stared at the systems message.
And Nate narrowed his eyes. "That last part felt personal."
[You do not have the patience for geopolitical drama.]
"Fair." He huffed.
Okay, but-
Now that he thought about it, where was he?
The system continued.
[The world you're in is called Terra. It has animal-eared people, magic called Arts, or witchcraft in some cases, and a problem called Oripathy. You probably don't have Oripathy. You probably should avoid getting Oripathy, trust me, once you get infected,it won't be pretty]
"Noted. No disease. Got it."
He looked in the distance, for some reason this part of the city was barren, save for the few cars that would pass by.
"Okay, so let's say I don't want to get killed out here, What do I do?"
[Survive.]
"Wow. Insightful."
[You're welcome.]
Nate groaned, rubbing his face. He had Minecraft mechanics, summoning abilities, and an entire world that made no sense.
And- And now, apparently, he was in some dystopian fantasy future where Knights were corporate-sponsored influencers or something.
He needed a plan.
But first...
He needed food. And a farm.
And maybe somewhere to sleep where people wouldn't stab him in his sleep.
Preferably in a cave, he was a Minecraft builder by heart, and he loved the caves.
It was close to the mines, and The children yearned for the mines.
