Under the moonlight, with the soft sound of waves and the faint melody of music in the air, Freen and Rebecca danced closely. Their dinner date had been perfect so far, filled with laughter, shared glances, and the kind of warmth that made the world feel small and safe.

Rebecca’s heart raced as she leaned into Freen’s embrace, his arms around her providing a sense of security. As the music slowed, Freen stepped back slightly, his gaze locking with hers.

“Rebecca,” he said softly, his voice thick with emotion, “I don’t know how to put this into words, but… you mean so much to me. I’ll always take care of you, respect you, and make sure you’re happy. I’ll never pressure you into anything, no matter how small.”

Rebecca’s lips trembled into a shy smile as her cheeks flushed. “Freen…”

“And even if you said no to my love,” Freen continued, his tone earnest, “I’d still be here for you, always. You’ve already changed my world in ways I never imagined.”

Rebecca huffed softly, cutting him off with a playful pout. “Why do you keep jumping to conclusions? I didn’t say no.”

Freen blinked in surprise before laughing. “You didn’t?” He stepped closer, his voice dropping to a tender whisper. “Rebecca, I’ve already fallen for you a hundred times in my heart. I’ve already married you a thousand times and I’ve dreamed of this moment for so long.”

Rebecca took a deep breath, her hands trembling slightly as she reached for his. “Freen… I love you. I’ve been scared for so long, but you… you’ve shown me what it feels like to trust, to hope again. You’ve brought me back to life in so many ways.”

Freen’s throat tightened, his emotions overwhelming him. He stepped closer, gently cupping her face in his hands. Instead of leaning in for her lips, he pressed a soft, lingering kiss to her forehead, his touch filled with reverence.

“I love you too, Rebecca,” he murmured against her skin. “More than you’ll ever know.”

They stayed like that for a moment, lost in each other’s presence. When they returned to their table to continue their dinner, Rebecca found herself fidgeting slightly, her thoughts swirling.

---

As they ate, Rebecca cleared her throat. “You know, Freen,” she began casually, though her cheeks were pink, “I read this article the other day about… uh, kissing.”

Freen raised an eyebrow, his lips twitching into a small smirk. “Oh? And what did it say?”

Rebecca fiddled with her fork, avoiding his gaze. “Just… that it’s a great way to show emotions. You know, like, scientifically, it releases all these endorphins and stuff.”

Freen chuckled. “That so? Sounds interesting.”

Rebecca pouted slightly, realizing he wasn’t catching on. “And there was this forward message I got too… about how kisses can strengthen bonds.”

Freen finally set his fork down, tilting his head at her with an amused expression. “Rebecca,” he said slowly, “are you… hinting at something?”

Her face turned crimson, but she nodded shyly.

He leaned forward slightly, his tone playful but curious. “Are you trying to tell me you want me to kiss you?”

Rebecca’s eyes darted away before she nodded again, this time more firmly.

Freen’s playful smirk softened into a warm smile. “Rebecca,” he said gently, “I need to hear it from you. No hints, no guesses. Just tell me what you want.”
