A Surreal sensation suffocated the thick and eerie silent street,that almost looks abandoned with no life whatsoever,the unusual red sky hovering over the shadowy land with it's bright yellow moon being the only light source of this place as the lights of the lamps and cars were off,thin mist rolling in and the feeling of lost and fear consumed the area.
TAT TAT TAT
However not all was completely abandoned,the sound of seven heavy pairs of feet trampling against the dirt ground and the figures of seven exhaustion and very much banged up teenagers was seen in the forest running with panting breaths and sweat trailing their bodies,but they knew they couldn't stop,not now,not ever,because whatever was chasing them,is still close behind.
"Time!?"a boy with long ginger hair style in two braids yells over his shoulder urgently,his emerald green eyes showing panic and haste.
"8 minutes!"the male with blue eyes and brunette hair shouted back just as loud,looking over to his watch on his left wrist while holding his shotgun in his other hand.
After getting his answer the ginger haired male darted his panic orbs forward again'just a bit longer-'a thick gulp of saliva ran through the male's throat when he hears the creature's steps coming closer,causing his already sweaty body to sweat more'shit! It's close!'
In mid chaos you yelp slightly when you tripped over a small stone nearly landing on your face,if it wasn't for Ben,your cousin,who was running next to you grabbing your arm and pulled you up steadily,pushing you forward so you can run in front"thanks Ben!"you yelled to him in gratitude through your short heavy breathing,picking up your pace as he threw a thumbs up to you.
And just when you thought things weren't going your way,A sudden spark of hope flickers through your (e/c) eyes,the forest beginning to clear out more allowing you all to see what's up a head"The graveyard!"you declared,hastily pointing towards it,everyone instantly followed to that direction running straight through the mass of mess around the gate.

The creature saw this and immediately lunged itself forward to try and keep up with yous,the sound of it's footsteps behind you caused a great panic to course through your body as you push yourself to the breaking point,not caring about the sores on your feet and legs,you just want to survive tonight.
The ginger haired leader was the first at the gate skidding to a stop near the button as he yells for everyone to move it"Hurry come on!"quickly as they can,Aiden and you ran in first followed by Ben and Taylor,next was logan and last but not least was Tyler,the tan skin and brown hair male yelling out"close the gate! Close the gate!"
Axel,the ginger haired boy didn't need to be told twice as he slammed the side of his fist against the button,the tall metal gate slowly began to wrr close as all seven teenagers clutch their weapons close from anxiousness when the creature finally reveals itself,its body skeleton like showing it's rip cage,it's skin black,claws shaper then talons,eyes white dots,but it's the smile that creeps you out more...its permanent smile long and never ending.
It continues forward not seeming to be fazed about the gate,and just before it could run in,the gate closed in its face,however that didn't stop the creature from banging against the metal surface loudly.
SLUMP
Everyone slounched in relief happy that they were finally out of danger, releasing a breath they haven't realized they've been holding,you practically dropped your dagger to the ground leaning against your twin,aiden,from exhaustion,him being unfazed as he too leaned against you.
"alright,"Axel said with a sigh rubbing his head slightly to get rid of the dirt that got stuck there"let's head to the bus."and with that being said you and rest of the gang followed the male to the vehicle,completely ignoring the continuous bangs behind you all. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Now safely and secure in the school bus the gang took their seats in order to recover their energy and retract their materials,Tyler,the tan skin boy from before slounched next to his twin sister,Taylor,who gazes at the ground with tired eyes,dark lines underneath it"Ugh...that sucked."tyler said with a groan leaning his head against the back of the seat.
"I couldn't agree with you more."you groggily replied back in between Ben and aiden,both males looking just as tired and miserable as you are,rolling your shoulders to ease up the tension that was built up during your little run back there,Axel sat in front massaging his sore feet,his socks torn out causing the cuts and bruises to be visible.
After a while he perked up from the silence no longer hearing the bangs outside"Ah...The banging stopped."he said to inform everyone,Tyler opened his eyes looking forward"it properly gave up or--someth..."he trailed off as his eyes widened,you turn to him confused as to why he got so quiet all of a sudden,following his line of sight just as the ginger male's hearing kicked in and he jolted in alarm.
You and the gang watched with shock and perplexed expressions as the phantom slowly enters the bus,its eyes lock on you all instantly with its usual eerie grin"HOW!"everyone (expect Ben)exclaimed in disbelief,the phantom somehow found it's way up the gate and is now blocking their only escape route.
You grip the fabric of your pants nervously as you and the rest slowly backed away from the creature as It ominously crept its way towards yous,Axel swiftly glancing over to the box of weapons on the far side of the vehicle,only to curse to himself as it was too far out of reach for them,the seven teens backed away more,each step following the phantom's,until finally,making it to the end of the bus...and probably the end of their lives. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 'well,we're so fucking screwed.'
