Lisa: Notorious Criminal Roman Torchwick has escaped! No one knows who but it appears to be someone or people who have illusion type semblances.
Reports indicate that the officers guarding his cell began seeing things and started swinging at air while the feed to the cells were abruptly cut.
The Chief debriefed them and they reported seeing a jail break as many in a mates attacked them.
Now an APB has been set for Roman and any known associates. The Council recommends that everyone be careful as a new curfew has been set and any suspicious activities should be reported immediately.
Now what would this mean for our local Vigilantes, if you're out there listening Vale needs you now more than ever.

She pulls something out of her bag and assembled it. it looks like spare parts but it seems like she was building something

As she attaches it to the dogs collar

( in this story Zwei escaped from his box and roamed around Vale )

Penny: I'm not! *hiccup*

When a person lie there are subtle reactions, Reactions that they don't have complete control over.
Like a nervous tick or twitch. Like Fast Blinking eyes, Flaring nostrils, Twitching eyebrows.
And you little lady are hiccuping every time you emphasize that you're a real girl.
