D/s Contract
This is the complete and entire agreement between the signatories. I, Sam Rees, agree to be under submission by the Dominant, Erick Cohen. Under this agreement, both parties must give one another their full respect and honesty. The submissive is required to respect and obey their Dominant twenty-four hours a day as opposed to strictly in the bedroom.
The terms of this agreement will remain in effect for a period of three months. By the end of the period, the contract may be revised and re-established. This contract shall become null and void upon request by either party or by breach of the agreement.
Rules, Punishments, and Limits may be altered, removed, or added upon agreement from both parties.

Rules:
-Both parties must be sober to participate in any kind of play/scene.
-Both parties must remain entirely monogamous with no acts of physical or emotional infidelity.
-Neither party is to play with or have sexual intercourse with another person unless discussed beforehand
-Submissive must never touch themselves in a sexual manner unless given direct permission from their Dominant.
-Submissive must receive permission by the Dominant in order to orgasm.
-Submissive must take care of their body and health with or without the aid of their Dominant.
-Submissive must refer to Dominant as Sir when out of play and as Master when in play.
-Submissive must always speak with the Dominant on any and all issues regarding the relationship and or contract.
-Submissive will be granted the adequate aftercare provided by the Dominant after a scene or sexual intercourse.
-Submissive will be informed of the reason behind any and all punishments.
-All punishments may follow the severity of the submissives infraction.
-Dominant will never punish the submissive out of anger.
-Safewords must always be followed by both parties. No exceptions.
-Lying from either party is unacceptable.
Safewords:
At any point during a scene or while under submission, a safeword will be used to slow down or end the scene. The Stoplight system will always be acceptable, even when chosen safewords are determined. Please list your chosen safeword below:
Stop: Mercy
Slowdown: Pity
Continue: Green
