In The Game Of Power And Protection

As the sunlight slowly caress my face through the space between curtains . I felt a weight on my chest and a arm wrapped around my waist tightly as if I would disappear if the the hold would be a little less . I open my eyes and looked at the cute human sleeping on my chest . I smiled remembering last night it was definitely little wild. I slowly started caressing his hair.

He look even more cute in his sleep. Purely a sight to watch in early morning to make rest of the day to go well . Too well

Just then the sight of ring in my left hand's middle finger caught my attention. I frown where did it came from as much as I remember I didn't wear any jewellery last night. I slowly rotate it and there was  SG engraved on the backside of the ring and that's when the realisation dawn upon me it must be his ring but how come I am wearing it.

My thoughts get interrupted by the ringing of my phone which most probably was in the living room, not wanting to wake him up because of the sound. I slowly started to remove his arm and head from me but  he resisted to even let me move a bit . I slightly smile but decided to give it a another try and this time I was able to do it successfully. With my slightly trembling legs and his white t shirt hanging on my figure covering till my thighs , continuously reminding me of last night . It make me blush and smile like a fool .

I made my way towards the living room and answering the call without looking at the caller id,  only to hear something that made my heart stop beating. My eyes started to turn glossy, I hang up the call and quickly started collected my clothes . I made my way towards the bathroom, hastily changing my clothes and started to leave but before that I move towards his sleeping figure .

Caressing his head softly and planting a kiss on his forehead. "Thank you and sorry for leaving early" I was grateful for his presence here which brought  some comfort to my disturbed self. I quickly placed his t shirt on the side table and also left him a quick note. With a last glance at him, I made my way outside .

I wake up irritated by harass sunlight directly falling on my face and the throbbing pain in my head . Lazily rubbing my eyes, I look around and got confused . "Yeh main kaha hu?" and then suddenly some fragments of Me being upset about my form in recent matches vs NZ and hate I was getting all over the internet , then heading to a club alone, drinking, and blue eyes? I don't remember much about what happened after I was drunk except those captivating blue eyes. And Moans?

I quickly look at myself and found my upper body bare and covered with hickeys? And eyes widen at the realisation. I look beside me only to found an empty bed. I throw the sheets aside and started to look for any trance of her in the room.

I checked bathroom, living area, and balcony but I didn't found her. Suddenly my white t shirt caught my attention and over it was a note? A note from her? . I should go and check.

As I went near the side table a heavenly fragrance of roses and vanilla filled my lungs , making me took my t shirt and sniff it. The fragrance was coming from it, but I don't such type of perfume that means it's her fragrance.

She smells so heavenly godddd.

Taking the t shirt in my one hand, I pick the note,

Hi !
        I  guess you got yourself one more person for admire you.

Only one sentence from her made my heart race so fast. I smiled looking at the note, "Hope we will meet soon, Love".I will pray to God every single second to make my wish real soon. Because even if I  know you from last few hours only ,but I might sound desperate for saying it so soon but I found my home in you. After days of tossing and turning, I finally slept peacefully in your arms .

She is my comfort home.

After sometime, I headed back to the hotel where the whole team was staying during the series. Everyone bombarded me with questions about where I have been last night and scolded me for not taking care of myself properly . In reply I just made some excuse. But my slight smile and some hickeys peeking out of the T shirt gave them another reply . But they choose not to ask more question respecting my privacy except this small human, I call my best friend.

He dragged me into our room and started with his interrogation. Due to constant nagging to tell the truth. I end up telling him the truth, the one I remember. "Bhai, Tu toh bada tez nikla " He mischievously stated. I just rub my back of neck shyly. "Oh ho kya rishta vishta pakka karke aaya hai ring bhi nhi hai tere pass teri or itna sharma bhi rha hai? Mujhe bhi bta de aakhir main apne best friend ki shadi ke liye taiyari shuru karu" He teased.

As he mentioned about the ring, I quickly look at my hand and got confused noticing the absence of the ring . But I shrug it off thinking it must be somewhere here only. "Yrr  bakwass mat kar , mujhe toh uska chehra bhi yaad nhi, usse shaadi ki puchne ke liye dhundunga kaise? " I slightly pouted over the fact that I didn't even remember the face of the women who now had my heart. He smirked "Matlab tu usse shaadi karne ke liye bhi tayar hai. Wahh ! Ek hi raat mein bhabhi ne konsa jaddu kar diya tujh par? ".Hearing him the tip of my ears started to turn red and I quickly throw a pillow in his direction , shouting" SHUT UP!! "And then we both bursted into fits of laughter.
