One month later
Ruhaan's pov:
"Reeet are you ready?" I called out from outside of the room. She's joining the office after 2 months of our wedding enjoying her this phase. Well I'm eagerly waiting for her to be in office from the start.
The door clicked open but she didn't come out. "I'm nervous, i don't know why?" She replied meekly. She was fidgeting with the end of her fingers.
I sighed and held her hand "Why are you nervous? You have been there many times?" I asked and she looked at me.
"I know but i wasn't there for more than year and joining after our wedding is like... i don't know. Like i was working as Reet Mehra and now as Reet oberoi is-" I made her look at me
"Are you uncomfortable to use my Surname?" I asked and she widened her eyes, shaking her head.
"No not all Ruhaaannnn" She whines and i take her towards the mirror and turned her towards it making her face the mirror.
"Have the confidence you had like always, it's just a new feeling and nothing more and besides I'm there for you" I said and she smiled.
"Ok I'm ready" She replied and i smiled.
"Good girl" I picked up her bag and handed it to her. She was wearing a formal shirt, trousers and a blazer. Well there is a surprise for my wife.
She's getting the most important place in the office not because she is daughter in law of oberoi. That's because she has given very much to the office. Her initial days brought so many deals for us even that function and she also helps me in design's when i was all loaded with my office work after our honeymoon.
Yes!! Honeymoon. We were in bali, explored beaches, mountains and many things. Plus we had a lot of privacy there i would get many chances to flirt with her, romance and yes our nights. They were never waisted.
We were there for three weeks after my birthday, when Amaira and raj sorted out everything well we had a great family drama but at last now they are getting engaged after two months.
