Gemini sat on the floor, tears streaming down his face as he clutched jumu, his heart aching in a way he had never experienced before. He hadn't realized it until now, but it was true-he loved Fritty He had never expected this, never imagined that a boy who had once been a stranger to him would come to mean so much. But now, with him gone, Gemini's entire world felt like it was shattering.
"Gemini, calm down" Pond said, his voice softer than usual, though still carrying an edge of concern. "Why are you so sad? Maybe... maybe Fritty got his memories back and went back home."
"Yeah, he might have gone back to his life" Mark added, trying to offer some comfort, but his words felt hollow in the face of Gemini's grief.
Gemini couldn't hold it back any longer. His sobs broke through the silence. "I... I love h-him" he whispered, barely able to breathe through his tears.
The room froze. Everyone's eyes widened in shock, while Prim looked like she had been struck. "W-What?" she asked in disbelief, her voice small and trembling.
Gemini lifted his head, his gaze desperate. "I love h-him... I n-need to find him... I need to m-make sure he's safe" he hiccupped, clutching his chest as if he could physically stop the pain in his heart.
Pond, Phuwin and mark exchanged worried glances, unsure how to comfort their friend. "Gemini, he was just a boy" Pond said gently. "A little mentally ill... but now that he's fine, maybe he's okay. Stop overthinking it."
"Yeah, forget him... He's probably fine now" Mark added, trying to reassure Gemini, but the words only made the pain worse.
Gemini's eyes flashed with anger, and he stood up abruptly. "Why the hell do I need to forget him? I love him! I loved him the way he was-mentally ill or not! He was my world anyways. You all are being ridiculous!" His voice cracked with frustration and confusion. "Instead of helping me, you're telling me to forget him?! Are you even my friends?"
The tension in the room was palpable. Prim stood up and left without saying another word, her emotions too much for her to handle. Pond and Mark exchanged helpless looks, unsure of how to reach Gemini in his current state.
Phuwin, however, stepped forward and shooed Pond and Mark out, while silently wrapping his arms around Gemini in a comforting embrace. Gemini broke down into his arms, his sobs shaking his entire body.
"Phu... Did he forget me? Is he really okay?" Gemini whispered, voice breaking as he clutched at Phuwin's shirt, h is tears soaking into it. "W-What if something happened to him?"
