Minji's pov :

      "Kyung-jun for Minji , Minji for Kyung-jun.."

The bell woke us up, I slowly opened my eyes, feeling strangely weak

"KYUNG-JUN" I screamed running to the swimming pool with the little strength I had

My gaze then fell on his white shirt that was floating so I quickly jumped into the water without a second thought, taking him out of the water

I leaned against the wall, hugging his pale body, I leaned my cheek against his cold one , another wave of tears threatening to fall from my eyes , I stared ahead , my gaze blank.

—"Maybe I should've told you..how much I liked you.."

"I really liked you Jun...so damn much.."

Suddenly we heard a noise throught the speakers

"Before the previous vote was over the doctor used his resurrection power on Go Kyung-jun."

"W..what..?" I looked at Kyung-jun's body in disbelief , was I dreaming..? Did life give me a second chance ?

"So Go Kyung-jun was resurrected because of the doctor's powers."

Suddenly Kyung-jun started choking , proving to me that he had indeed been saved. Tears welled up in my eyes and I hugged him tightly , like he was the most precious thing in the world right now

"Jun..I was so scared..so scared to live without you.."

He hugged me back, his hand stroking my hair "I won't leave you that easily..miss sunshine.."

He pulled me closer and kissed me gently but suddenly the voice interrupted us again

"Shin Seungbin was executed by the mafia last night."

“W..what..” Kyung-jun let go of me, quickly getting up, I followed him almost stumbling

“Shin Seungbin was a civilian.”

“The morning has come, find the mafia and vote.”

We saw So-mi running towards us, pushing me to the side to hug Kyung-jun "Kyung-jun! I was so scar-" She couldn't continue her sentence as Kyung-jun pushed her away "Tch. Don't touch me, I already have a girl."

I smiled, proud of him but that smile went away when I remembered that his friend had just died

We heard Na-hee's scream and quickly gave each other a look before nodding and running

We arrived in the hallways, finding everyone grouped in front of a room, Na-hee and Ye-chan on the floor, too stunned to speak

Kyung-jun slowly dragged his feet, only to find his friend Seungbin murdered in a gruesome manner

Yeon-woo shouted at Jin-ha "Yah! You killed him right?"

Kyung-jun turned to him, he seemed to have noticed the same thing as me, the blood on his shirt

"It's not me..I didn't kill him I found him like that this morning.."

I took out my phone and approached his body to take pictures of the scene

I tied my hair in a messy bun so that my hair wouldn't bother me while I tried to understand what had happened

I slightly moved his bloody head, finding stab wounds in his throat, I couldn't stay near him for too long because of the blood smell and let Kyung-jun cover him with a curtain

“Who wrote this?” I asked, looking at the wall were something was written

"What is going on..? Did the police really write this?" Yeon-chan asked

"Kim Jun-hee is a civilian." was written on it

"This wasn't there yesterday.." Na-hee noted

I ran my hand over the writing, the material seemed to stick to my hand, I brought my finger to my nose to smell

"It doesn't have any smell that's weird.."

I thought for a bit "How do you all know that the police wrote it? Maybe someone wanted to impersonate the police?"

So-mi cut me off “Maybe we should start searching who killed Seungbin first?”

Everybody looked at Jin-ha, "I told you it wasn't me damnit!"

“You said you were alone with him, didn’t you see anything strange?” i asked curiously

"I don't know..Mafia put blood on me when i was unconscious."

"Guys..Da bum started If the police really wrote that..why only mention Jun-hee?"

"The cop must know a second role if he used his power twice?"

"Maybe..they wrote it somewhere else?" I asked when suddenly Kyung-jun grabbed So-mi apart

Kyung-jun pov :

"Stop accusing Minji or someone else from mafia just to save me."

"I'm just trying to help!" She snapped

"I never asked for help, don't use me as an excuse, if I see you hurt Minji once again I wouldn't be the same with you anymore."

She huffed in annoyance “What the fuck does she have that I don’t have?!”  She shouted

“My love.” I simply said, before leaving the room

I found Minji waiting for me outside "What were you talking about?"

“I warned her to not hurt you anymore.”

I pulled her into my room and pinned her against the wall “So you like me too..?”

She looked down, her cheeks turning red. "You can't come back from the dead and ask me that question directly..But yes i like you too.."

I chuckled, kissing her cheek before putting a strand of hair behind her ear "You're so pretty.."

“Hmph..stop saying things like that out of the blue!” She struggled, blushing and being red like a tomato

“So..Miss Sunshine..will you be my girlfriend?”

She stopped in tracks, looking at me in disbelief with those beautiful and innocent round eyes "Y..yes.. I would love to.."

"Aww my girlfriend is so cute..I never thought I'd have you in a place like this but I don't regret it."

I cupped her face and placed a passionate kiss on her lips "I've been craving for this my whole life.."
