Best dad

Angela gets back to the detectives desk to find Nyla showing Lucy her new desk that was right by their desk
A- hey detective Chen
L- Angela hey where have you been
A- I was in Tim's office he was telling me y'all's plans
N- what plans
L- ok so after the birthday party Tim told me he wanted to adopt the twins and so my apartment is too small and we don't really want to live in his house cause of the bad memories so we also bought a house a few blocks from Nolan's house
N- omg congratulations that's awesome when James told me he wanted to adopt Lilia I was so excited but of course Donavan didn't agree
L- oh that must suck I'm sorry
N-it's fine Lilia loves having James just as her step dad
A- guys sorry to interrupt but we have a case let's get to work
The girls work on their case all afternoon until it was end of shift
Nyla leaves and Angela and Lucy go to Ti'ms office
The knock on the door but they didn't hear an answer so they just went in to find Tim putting all the kids to sleep either on the stroller or couch he had in his office
A- how was jack
T- good we had fun
L- you got the twins to sleep?
T- yeah it was simple
L- what how it takes me almost half an hour to put them to sleep
T- I just rocked them
L- show off
Angela went to pick up jack from the couch
A- ok bye good night guys thanks Tim
T- you're welcome good night
L- let's go
T- okay
They go to tims truck and get the twins in and go home the next day they had the day off so before the went to sleep Tim starts talking to Lucy
T- hey Lucy
L- yes
T- should we move some stuff in tomorrow I mean we both have the day off so it would be good advantage of a day off
L- hmm you know what let's do it first we start off with the things in my room and bathroom and then slowly the twins room kitchen and living room
T- ok sounds like a good idea to me
L- ok good Tim I love you
T- good night I love you more
They went to sleep but later at night Tim's sleep was interrupted by one of the twins and Lucy was deep asleep so Tim decided to go check on them turns out they just needed a diaper change he went to sleep and wasn't interrupted anymore
