The sunrays hit through the curtains of clouds entering into the Birla mansion breakfast deep slumber of nikhil...

He groaned a little before opening his eyes...having a worst back ache after sitting whole night...

He titled his head to saw neel was sleeping peacefully beside namisha while naksh was sleeping on otherside of neel ...

All four of them in same bed ...a smiled formed on his lips seeing his siblings all together...

Then remembered last night's events...how terrified namisha was ...

He slowly creased her hair...then felt her skin warmer than usual...putting his palm on her forehead he cheacked her temperature only to found her burning in fever...

He patted her cheeks to call her...

Nikhil : namisha ??..namisha ??...

But no response...
Hearing his voice neel and naksh woke up..

Neel : kya huya bhaiya ??...

Naksh : ap itne tensed kyu lag rahe ho ?...kya huya ?..

Nikhil : namisha ko bukhar hai...

He said being all tensed...

Naksh : what...?? achanak kaise ???...

Nikhil glared at him ...

Nikhil : mai kya doctor hu ...idiot ...ja viraj ko phone kar jaldi...aur neel niche se thandi patti le aa...

Neel nodded and rushed out to abide his orders..while naksh started calling viraj...

Nikhil was rubbing her cold hands...

Nikhil (thinks): kya ho gaye isse achanak ???...

Aditi rushed inside with the bowl and cloth...while neel just behind her...

Aditi : bukhar cheack kiya nikhil ??...

She was also tensed seeing her like that...

Nikhil nodded in no...

Neel took the thermometer handing it to nikhil who cheacked her fever it was 104° ...

Nikhil : bohat tez bukhar hai...

Naksh : viraj a raha hai kuch der me...

While aditi put the wet cloth on her forehead...she flinched slightly in unconsciousness...

Aditi (with tears): aur kitna sahegi yeh bachi pata nahi...kal raat aise attacks aye fir subha yeh bukhar..

Neel sat beside her ...rubbing her left her to gave her warmth...

Neel (wishpered) : jaldi se thik ho ja bunny...

And kissed her palm..

Just then viraj entered the room..asking everyone aside..
