In the border of the two cities, everyone was getting ready to fight against the invasion of Mephiles' monsters. Every child and women who wasn't experience in combat, quickly left to the refuge while others stayed to help out the fight. 

"I never thought I would see this. I feel bad for Leah and her family dealing with this." Aoife rubs her head, seeing everyone grabbing their weapons and shields for the fight.

Aoife knew Leah and Adam been planning this visit with her family for weeks and of course, Adam learned everything what shepherds do with their sheep flock to impress Leah's father who is a shepherd, and he does take his job seriously.

He even asks Theophila about there were books of lessons of shepherds and sheeps, or even anyone who has experience with sheep.

Aoife shook her head, earning the attention of Shadow who was besides her.

He turns his gaze to her. "Aoife, are you alright?" He asked, his tone was firm like usual but there was some softness underneath.

Aoife looks over to Shadow with her blue eyes. "Oh, I'm sorry. I was just feeling bad for Leah and Adam. They planned to spread a week with her parents but, I guess their plans didn't went the way they wanted." Aoife explains, making Shadow nodded. 

"MEATBAGS, WE WILL ATTACK THE ENEMY WITH NO MERCY! NO MERCY LIKE COBRAI KAI!" Omega's robotic voice boom the entire field which making the warriors, Aristonian soldiers along with the Zoion Folk confused by his words. Shadow could only sigh and shook his head by knowing Omega been watching The Karate Kid film series and the Netflix's Cobra Kai series.

Rouge helped him into hacking Eggman's Netflix account. 

"Rouge, stop helping Omega into hacking the Doctor's accounts." Shadow spoke with annoyance, looking at Rouge who she just whistles and looking away. Shadow frown before Aoife pats his back in a way to comfort him. 

Suddenly, Leah appeared, walking towards them fast. "I heard what happened!" Leah nearly shouted before she stops when she gets in front of them. She catches her breath and looks at them with her amber yellow eyes. 

Just by seeing her eyes, they are very similar to Queen Esther's, but the Queen's eyes are more gold and dignified while Leah's looks more striking and steadier. Rouge thought, knowing because both Queen Esther and Leah are from the Binyamin Tribe and their physical trait is their amber yellow eyes that resembles a ravenous wolf. 

But despite of it, Rouge thinks the reason why Queen Esther's eyes look more like gold is because of her maternal heritage from the Yehuda Tribe. 

"I didn't think that fragment of an Immortal would come here and planned an attack." Leah finally speaks up after catching her breath from running. She exhales as she continues. "Are you okay? I mean this might be extremely stressful and probably scary." Leah points out, saying this out of experience. 

Knuckles looks away while he clenched his fists, he understood the fear he felt after Nayeli revealed Mephiles was in Nazar which scared him--No, it terrifies him.  

The fear he felt for Mephiles was dangerous and it terrifies him because he never felt such a strong fear towards someone. At the moment he saw Mephiles, he knew he was dangerous by just looking at him and even Shadow knew it and went to shield Rouge away from him. 

He never thought he would experience the fear of losing his friend until Mephiles shoot Sonic in the heart and making him experienced it. 

Rouge glanced back to Knuckles with concern in her eyes, she knew Knuckles haven't been the same since Mephiles announced his return.
