? Sick Day - FanTree ?

🌀 Time skip - at the park 🌳

"Soo.." Tree said, attempting to start some kind of conversation.

"Hm?" Fanny looked over at him as they continued to walk.

"Uhm nothing, nevermind-" Tree turned his head away.

They were walking for about thirty minutes when the sky started darkening. "Fanny?" Tree looked at her, up at the sky, and then back at her. "Shit, it's about to rain-" She replied. A drop of rain quickly hit her nose a bit after. "Do you want my jacket?" Tree asked, taking off his brown jacket. "No I'll be fine." Fanny said, feeling more rain hit her.

The rain was getting heavier as time went on and the sky was getting darker.

"Fanny, you sure?-" Tree asked again, he really didn't want her to get sick. "Mhm, I'm sure," Fanny said sharply.

"Just take it, I don't want you getting a-"

"I said I'll be good!" Fanny snapped.

Tree nodded and they continued walking despite the rain.

"We should go back to the apartment though.." Tree told her. "I wanna continue walking for a little bit, I need a break from the rest." Fanny replied, continuing walking, her hair getting soaked. "Alright, but if you get sick, that is not my problem-" Tree said,

"Psh, I won't get sic-" Before Fanny could finish she let out a quiet sneeze.

"And you were saying??" Tree laughed, his green hair falling in front of his face. "Shut up, it was just one sneeze." Fanny rolled her eyes, "Give me your jacket though, I wanna go back to the apartment." she added, sneezing again.

"Mhm, just one sneeze, sureeee, and you said you were good without my jacket-"

"Welllll I need it now so give it."

They bickered back and forth for a bit before Tree took off the jacket and handed it to her.

Fanny put on the jacket and then glanced at Tree as they turned around and started to walk back to the apartment.

🌀 Time skip - At the apartment 🌳

Fanny and Tree walked through the door, finding Marker yelling the lyrics to Last Friday Night by Katy Perry because he's a true girlboss while the song played in the background.

"PICTURES ENDED UP ONLINE, I'M SCREWEDDD, OH WELL!!!"

"Wha-" Fanny and Tree both said at the same time as they observed Marker singing.

"IT'S A BLACKED OUT BLURRRRR BUT I'M PRETTY SUREEE IT RULEDDD, DAMN- Oh hey guys!" Marker turned to them, pausing the TV.

"He's been singing 2010 pop songs for the past hour.." Black Hole groaned. "I HATE 2010 POP SONGS!!!" Fanny said.
"Welp, glad we went on that walk then-" Tree said, Fanny sneezing for like the fiftieth time.

"Fanny, are you sick?" Marker asked in concern, raising an eyebrow.

"No, I'm good." Fanny mumbled, "C'mon, Tree." She grabbed Tree's hand and they went to her room.

"Twenty dollars they're dating-" Marker whispered to Lighning.

"I HEARD THAT, MARKER, SHUT THE HELL UP!" Fanny yelled from her room, Tree awkwardly laughing while sitting on Fanny's bed.

"NO, YOU DIDN'T!!" Marker yelled back, un-pausing the TV, "LAST FRIDAYYY NIGHT, YEAH WE DANCED ON TABLETOPS AND WE TOOK TWO MANY SHOTTTSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!"

Fanny let out a quiet cough and sat down on her bed next to Tree.

"Well, you should've taken my jacket the first time-" Tree said arrogantly.

"Shut it-" Fanny took of his jacket and handed it back to him, shivering right after. "WHY THE HELL IS IT SO COLD?!"

"Because you're sick, idiot- I'll go make you some soup." Tree got up from the bed and left Fanny's room, walking to the kitchen and opening the cupboards to get some soup.

Marker was still singing except now he was singing Baby by Justin Beiber now-

"BABY BABY BABY OHHHHH LIKE BABYYYY BABY BABYYYY NO!!!"

"MARKER, SHUT. UP." Fanny walked out of her room so she could snatch the TV remote from him and shut off the song.

"Ah, excuse you-" Marker tried to get the remote back from her and failed-

"Fanny, give the remote back- I'm almost done with your soup.." Tree said, walking out of the kitchen. "I swear you guys act like siblings-"

"Fine." Fanny sighed and tossed the remote back to Marker, going back to her room.

After a little while, Tree finished cooking the soup and he went back to Fanny's room, handing the bowl to her and sitting down.

Fanny began eating the soup after it cooled a bit then after she rested her head on Tree's shoulder, putting the bowl on her nightstand.

Tree felt his face warm up while looking surprised, but he quickly shook it off and wrapped his arm around her, pulling her closer.

She blushed and closed her eyes, sleeping against him for a bit.

🌀 Time skip 🌳

Thirty minutes passed and Fanny woke up. Tree looked at her, his hand gently running through her hair.

She let out a sneeze and looked up at him. "Oh- Sorry, my bad." He quickly pulled back his hand and placed it over his other. Fanny stood up and put her hair in a rushed ponytail, grabbing the bowl that was on her nightstand and taking it to the kitchen.

As Fanny entered the kitchen she noticed Marker was now sitting on the sofa scrolling on his phone. "Thank God-" she said quietly at the fact that his 'annoying' singing was finally done.
