"That's right...stayyyy stillllll..."
His finger raced down to collide with the trigger...but the sight of his best friend storming up to the kids made him freeze. Oh... Dr. Reflex lowered the shotgun and tucked it in his large pockets. He fiddled with the buttons on his coat. He had such a good reputation that he was afraid that if any of his colleagues, especially his BEST FRIEND, saw him with a shotgun they'd never like him ever again. Besides, Principal Thing said to put the kids in line, not to put them in line to meet God.
He huffed and made it down the hallway quickly, stopping aside Baldi who was scolding the two for not being at lunch.
"YOU TWO SHOULD HAVE SOME MORE RESPECT FOR THE LUNCH LADIES! THEY COOK ALL THAT LUNCH—oh hi Reffy~!—FOR YOU EVERYDAY!"
Dr. Reflex smiled nervously and patted Baldi's arm. "Calm down for me, Baldimore," he said. Rubeus leaned down to Charlie and Oliver, hands on his large knees. "Sweethearts? We're trying our best to keep this school in order...so it'd be great if you headed back to the cafeteria..." His eye twitched subtly, a red gleam in his pupils. His face was soft, but those eyes read "y'all better listen, or else."
Oliver grabbed Charlie and threw him out the window head first, just like last week. The chalk piece scuttled out the window and laughed maniacally as he ran off. Dr. Reflex and Baldi shared disappointed looks, slowly turning to each other.
"You were too soft."
"You were too harsh."

The duo entered through the yellow doors, speeding down the halls as if the place were on fire. Charlie was pulling glass shards out of his hair as they ran, grumbling complaints under his breath. "Darn you, Oliver," he grouched. "I am not meant to be thrown through windows!"
"Heyyy! I didn't want to be chased around by Baldi AND Dr. Reflex at the same time! They're a pain in the rear when they team up!"
"THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD THROW ME THROUGH A WINDOW!!!"
"WHAT DID YOU EXPECT ME TO DO? BE LIKE 'Oh, We'Re SoRrY mIsTeRs! We'Ll GeT bAcK tO lUnCh'!"
"Kinda!"
"WHY WOULD YOU EVER THINK I'D SAY THAT?"
All their yelling and arguing and most importantly; running, had alarmed a certain gruff man. The Principal of the Thing appeared out of thin air and grabbed the two by their collars, lowering his pointing hand for once. Or...well...he grabbed Charlie by the collar and Oliver by the arm.
"No running in the halls," he sighed. The principal opened his yellow eye and teleported them to the detention room. He closed it right up immediately. The yellow eye is a story for another time...
Instead of leaving, the principal grabbed a seat and sat down, patting the table. Charlie and Oliver glanced at each other in surprise. They sat across from the director. Principal Thing sighed and pinched his nose bridge. "Okay, it's about time I get serious here."
"Aren't you serious enough?" Oliver asked with a devious smirk. Charlie smacked the back of his head.
"SHH."
The principal rolled his eyes under his eyelids and leaned forward, tipping his head down. "We need to talk about your behaviors...they affect the school's reputation and make us seem bad."
"You do know two of the staff members here attacked us with large weapons, right?" said Charlie, tilting his head.
"Yes, I make sure to remind them to hold back on the violence as much as I can. I remind them every hour," he shook his head while frowning, the bags and lines under his eyes evident. Poor Princi...
"So doesn't that affect the school's reputation enough? It's not only us; Beans chews gum, which isn't allowed, and Bully is a total jerkwad!"
Letting out a breathy sigh, Principal Thing rubbed his nose bridge. "All I ask from you two is to just behave...yes, I am completely aware of the other students and I'm trying to work on them...but I'm more focused on you than them," he looked at them with his tired, closed eyes. "Just...please be normal for once...and expect more to come your way..."
The principal got up and left the room, locking the door behind him.
Charlie scoffed. "Normal is weird."
"Weird is normal!" Oliver said.
"Normal isn't a thing."
"So being normal is weird."
"Nobody is normal."
"If you're normal you're weird."
The two shared cheeky looks and tapped one another's temples. "Eh? Eh?" (GRAVITY FALLS REFERENCE???)

The following day, the staff prayed their heads off that Charlie and Oliver would be a bit more behaved today. All while working, they had desperately tried to fix them all school day. Dr. Reflex tried to give them "therapy" to figure out what was on their minds and why they gained so much sadistic joy from torturing people—even though the doctor was about the same.
Figures out they're just immature twelve-year-old boys with undeniable chaos filled in their brains. They knew that kids could not be completely mature to the brim, but, ugh, those damned boys were just too much. They were like ticking time bombs longing to explode. The five walked out of the faculty room, Pomp holding the door with her back. They froze upon a locker set on fire with its contents spilled across the floor. Everyone let out an audible sigh.
While screaming in excitement, the duo hurtled past them, riding on top of 1st Prize.
Staring at the mess he had to clean up later, Sweep slowly tipped over and fell on his face, and Dr. Reflex dropped his coffee and screamed into his hands.
"We'll never fix them..." Baldi sighed.
And the screen fades black.
End of episode four.
(I like this one a lot better than the original episode four! This one is actually somewhat decent! I feel like there's something about it that's nagging me, but I'll most likely fix it when rereading it. This one is...7/10 for me. Maybe a 7.9 or an 8.)
(It felt nice to write about the staff members...I really love them. I love Baldi's silliness, I love Mrs. Pomp's sweetness, I love Gotta Sweep's coolness, I love Principal of the Thing's gruffness, and I love Dr. Reflex's insane yet soft personality.)
(Again, writer's block is STILL lingering around my shoulder! :D So I didn't exactly know how to word things or spell out sentences as good as the other episodes, but that's fine! At least I got something goofy out of my wacky system.)
(See ya next episode! *explodes*)
