Abhimanyu knew Shivani wanted to explore Kasauli. He had caught her staring longingly out the window when they had arrived, her fingers twitching slightly as if she wanted to ask but held herself back.
So, he took the lead.
"We're going sightseeing today," he announced in the morning, right after breakfast.
Shivani blinked. "Really?"
He smirked. "What, you thought I wouldn't notice you staring at Kasauli like a kid in a candy store?"
Her face turned slightly pink, but she quickly recovered. "Well, I just didn't want to bother you."
Abhimanyu rolled his eyes. "You're not a bother, Shivani. Now go get ready."
With an excited nod, she rushed off to change while Abhimanyu sent a message to Abhinav, asking him to guide them around the best spots.

Abhinav met them outside the hotel, smiling warmly. "Dr. Birla, Mrs. Birla, ready to explore Kasauli?"
Shivani grinned. "Yes! I've never been here before, so I want to see everything."
Abhinav chuckled. "Well, you're in for a treat."
By the time they stepped outside, Shivani was dressed in a simple suit. Her outfit was perfect for pictures but not for the chilly Kasauli weather.
Abhimanyu sighed the moment he saw her. "You didn't bring anything warm, did you?"
Shivani smiled sheepishly. "I mean... I did, but the coat didn't match my outfit, and I wanted good pictures."
Abhimanyu shook his head, muttering something under his breath about her priorities.
Twenty minutes later, as they stood at a viewpoint, the wind picked up. Shivani hugged herself, trying to stop shivering but failing miserably.
Abhimanyu sighed, already expecting this. He took off his jacket and handed it to her.
She looked at him with big eyes. "You sure? Won't you feel cold?"
"I'm fine," he replied, draping it over her shoulders before she could argue.
Shivani snuggled into the warmth of his jacket, sighing happily. "Okay, I'll admit it—you were right. It is cold."
Abhimanyu smirked. "Of course, I was right."
She stuck her tongue out at him before tightening the jacket around herself, the scent of his cologne making her cheeks warm.

After walking around for an hour, they stopped by a small roadside stall for chai. Shivani, still wearing Abhimanyu's jacket, held the warm cup between her hands, blowing on the steaming tea before taking a sip.
