I sincerely apologise for the delay in chapters! This is my little side project and while chapters will not be nearly as long as my main series chapters, I do have a somewhat made up plan for this book! Another side note, I wrote the first bit of this chapter over a month ago, while i finished the majority of it yesterday night and this morning. It weaned off into pure fluff, but hey, this is going to be loaded with fluff, so I'd say that's okay haha. Regardless, here is the fourth chapter!

"Spill."

Koda looked up at Jazz, taking the offered Energon Cube into her servo, "What?" She asked, confused.

The spry mech tumbled back onto his couch, eyeing Koda with a raised optical ridge. His housing unit wasn't large, nor was it small. It had three berthrooms, if you counted the couch as a berth for passing friends. There was a single wash rack, so oftentimes in the evening or morning there was a constant bustle for mech or femme coming in and out of it. Jazz had a small chair nestled in the corner of his living area; where Koda now sat, albeit it was a tad bit small for her, seeing as she was squished into the smaller furniture. It was also located beside his guitar. Alongside a set of drums in his berthroom and a small tambourine, Jazz always liked playing a tune of his own.

The kitchen was about as small as the wash racks, not much room for two Bots', so more often than not, one Bot would be designated to make or grab their meals.

Some string lights hung over the curtains which were closed, guarding the two from the bright, colourful street outside.

Pushing himself back into the comfort of his couch, using the tips of his pedes to get himself really in there, he repeated, "Spill," Then explaining, "No one just gets back to a housing unit this late."

"There's nothing to tell," Koda explained swiftly, her optics diverting to the cube in her grasp. She carefully plucked off a small piece and popped it into her intake, letting the fuel dissolve into a liquid before swallowing, "I just took Orion to Hal's, that's all."

"Oh, but that's not all," Jazz grinned, eyeing Koda over the brim of his visor, "Is it?"

"I'm serious, Jazz."

"Right~"

"I am!"

"Someone blushin'?" Jazz chuckled, watching Koda's grasp shift on the cube in her servos. It wasn't hard to see how she tilted her helm down further, hiding her gaze from the smaller mech, "You totally are!"

Koda shifted her gaze up, glaring at the mech, "I am not!"

It was too late, the smaller mech was curled in on himself, laughing on the couch as he pointed towards the flustered femme, 'Woo! What a shine you got there! Blinding me!" He raised his servo, covering his optics to display a blinding effect. Koda rolled her optics, shaking her helm as she rose to her pedes, starting down to the guest berthroom. Jazz bounced after her, "Hey, hey, take a kicker eh? I don't mean nothing by it!"

"Goodnight Jazz," Koda snapped, closing the door to the berthroom she was residing in before swiftly pulling it back open, looking down at the white and blue mech, "I do not care about Optimus, not one bit! G-Goodnight."

With that, Koda closed the door, leaving a grinning Jazz standing outside of her door, tapping his pede sheepishly, "Oh boy, disregarding emotions, never thought I would see that out of you Koda...Tsk, tsk, this will certainly come back to you one of these cycles."

She is burning. Her whole frame felt as though it were covered in a blanket of flames, her vents kept stuttering as a void of darkness surrounded her, working to cool down her overheated frame as she pried back boulders. Beside her, Trailbreaker and Grimlock were tearing boulders back from the recent cave in.
