Flashback

Aashi POV:

I woke up happily and early...Today is a very special day as it's my first day in college. How beautiful is the early sunrise? The sun is brimming so brightly , i removed the curtains of my room ...warm sunlight entered the room and I looked towards the surroundings. It is so peaceful right now. Birds chirping on the trees, people jogging, some aunty's watering their plants, small cute children going for their school.

I looked at the clock, still there is time...but i should get ready quickly. So from the cupboard I took my clothes and went to take a bath.

I came from the bathroom in a towel , standing in front of the mirror. I applied vanilla body lotion on my legs and my hands...I did a little bit of touchup.

Later I changed to a simple white kurti and blue jeans. I left my hair open. I grabbed my phone and called Maya but she is not answering. Maybe she is busy with her boyfriend. I flipped my phone and went downstairs.

We didn't know who her boyfriend was but she told us that he is our senior and they started dating two years ago before our college admission. We haven't seen his pictures nor we met him in college. They both have been secretly dating since then.

I reached the kitchen thinking of all this.

Mumma is making breakfast. Papa left for his work. I went and sat on a chair. 

"You woke up too early today." Mumma said and served the breakfast for me.

"It's my first day of college today, and papa already left for his work...I have to take the bus today"I replied.

"Eat fast then... I have to go to meet your Maasi...she wants to talk about something important...she was sounding worried" mumma said while serving breakfast to herself

I just nodded and finished my breakfast.  Mumma and I left , she took the auto as maasi live in south delhi.

I reached the bus stand and waited for the bus...I don't want to get late to college on the first day itself.

Suddenly my phone rang, I looked at the caller id maya is calling me now.

"Where were you? When I called you in the morning" I asked

"Uhh...I am sleeping" she hesitated

"Hell yeah, don't try to act smart. You were talking to your boyfriend and telling me that you are sleeping." I said instantly before she covered up

"Uhh yes...listen to me now, I want to tell you something , some seniors in our college are raging new students. Anaya and I escaped somehow, they are giving us weird tasks. When you come near the college, inform us. Don't tell the seniors in your innocence that you are from the first year. If anybody asks tell them that you are senior"  she instructed me and I just nodded

Finally the bus came, it was half empty I took the pink ticket which is for the ladies and sat on the empty seat.

Someone sat near me, but my mind is already somewhere else.

"Excuse me" the boy near me said i looked towards him.

He is handsome no doubt.
