Levi's POV

Levi had always been an early riser.

No matter where he was, his body refused to stay still for long. He had spent years waking up at dawn, sharpening his instincts, training relentlessly. That discipline didn’t just disappear because the war was over.

Living with Eren and Mikasa hadn’t changed that. So, at the crack of dawn, he laced up his boots and went for a run.

Shiganshina was quiet in the mornings. He liked that. The crisp air, the empty streets—it gave him a moment of peace.

His legs moved on autopilot, taking him through unfamiliar paths. It was a routine that had been drilled into him for years. He wasn’t the type to slack off, even if there were no longer Titans to fight. His body demanded discipline.

It wasn’t until he neared the open training ground that he sensed something off. He knew peace was never meant to last long in his life.

And today was no exception because Levi spotted him.

His eyes flickered toward the figure standing in the middle of the field, moving with surprising agility. White hair. Long limbs. Ridiculous a blindfold.

Levi immediately turned on his heel to go the other way but It was already too late.

"Oi! Shorty!"

Levi stopped dead in his tracks. His fingers twitched. A nerve in his temple pulsed. He should’ve run faster.

"You ignoring me?" Gojo’s voice was, smug and insufferable. Levi could practically hear the grin on his face.

Levi sighed, rubbing his temple. It was too early for this nonsense.

He turned slowly, keeping his expression neutral. "What the hell do you want?"

Gojo jogged up to him, rolling his shoulders as he stretched. "Oh, nothing. Just enjoying the morning air. Training. You know, actual training," he added, smirking.

Levi narrowed his eyes, he didn't look ike that tone one bit "Tch. I was jogging."

"Jogging’s good," Gojo mused, tilting his head. "But I prefer something more... challenging."

Levi raised a brow. "And what? You think I don’t?"

Gojo smirked. "Wanna prove it?"

Levi folded his arms, already regretting this interaction. "What are you suggesting?"

"Hand-to-hand combat," Gojo said smoothly. "Right here. Right now."

Levi narrowed his eyes. He didn’t want to entertain this idiot. But something about Gojo got under his skin.

"You’re gonna regret that," Levi muttered, rolling his shoulders.

Gojo just grinned, stepping back into a fighting stance. "Looking forward to it, shorty."

Levi absolutely hated that nickname.

Gojo's POV

The moment Levi moved, Gojo realized something. He had underestimated Levi. This guy wasn’t just fast—he was a ghost.

Levi’s footwork was near flawless, his speed unnerving. He closed the distance between them in a blink, his movements smooth and lethal.

For once, Gojo didn’t have the luxury of playing around.

He barely had time to sidestep as Levi’s fist came flying toward his ribs. He dodged, but just as he moved, Levi had already twisted, his foot aiming low in a sweeping kick.
