You Belong With Me (Taylor Swift x Fem Reader)

Y/N POV:

The restaurant filled with the sound of people talking and laughing as me and Taylor sat down at one of the tables, signalling one of the waiters to come over as I put my skateboard under the table.

"ladies, what can I get for you?"

Y/n: "I'll just have a steak please"

Taylor: "I'll just have the steak too thanks" she softly smiled.

"of course gorgeous, would you like a drink with that?" he smirked, looking at Taylor as I became slightly jealous.

Taylor: "uh, no thank you" she softly chuckled, clearly starting to get uncomfortable.

"are you sure? the wine is incredible here"

Taylor: "no I'm okay"

"what about the-..."

Y/n: "she said no, she doesn't want a drink so listen to her" I cut him off as he looked at me.

"my apologies-...your food won't be long"

I softly nodded as he looked at Taylor, giving her a flirtatious wink before walking away while I ran my tongue along my top teeth.

Taylor: "y/n?" she furrowed her eyebrows as I snapped out of it, my eyes locking onto hers "are you alright?" she murmured as she put her hand on mine, gently moved her fingers along the top of my hand.

Y/n: "of course Tay" I softly smiled as I gently held her hand, leaning down and placing a soft kiss on her knuckles as her cheeks grew red.

Taylor: "were you jealous?" she smirked as she intertwined her fingers with mine.

Y/n: "no not at all" I mumbled as I gently caressed the back of her hand with my thumb.

Taylor: "sure" she chuckled.

After a while of talking, I looked over to see that waiter walking over to us with our food in his hands.

"here you go darling" he smirked as he handed Taylor her food.

Y/n: "okay can you stop?" I scoffed as he looked at me.

"excuse me?"

Y/n: "I want you to stop flirting with her"

"are you her sister or something? why do you care?"

Y/n: "no I'm her girlfriend so stop flirting with her" I rolled my eyes, calling Taylor my girlfriend on accident.

"I'm sorry, I didn't k-..."

Y/n: "well now you do so please leave" I cut him off as he softly nodded, walking away while I sighed and picked up my fork "sorry about that Tay" I added as I started cutting a piece of my steak.

Taylor: "it's okay, thank you for that" she softly smiled as I looked into her eyes.

Y/n: "you're welcome" I softly smiled.

Thank god she didn't mention the girlfriend thing.

After we finished our dinner, both of us satisfied and full, we left the restaurant with our hands intertwined and walked together on the street under the moonlight.

Taylor: "so I'm your girlfriend now?" she smirked as my cheeks grew red, my eyes locking onto hers.

Y/n: "would you like to be my girlfriend Tay?" I murmured as she froze, her cheeks growing red as her eyes widened slightly.
