The break had just begun when Sansara walked into the room, wiping her hands with a tissue after a quick visit to the washroom. The moment she stepped in, her eyes landed on a bunch of guys hovering near her desk, suspiciously eyeing the big bag she had placed there earlier.
"Oye!" she shouted.
The entire group flinched, their hands immediately pulling back as if caught stealing. They turned around with guilty expressions, stepping away from the bag.
Sansara folded her arms. "Move your asses outside. Arrange the tables in the small hall-join them together to make a long one. Get those scattered chairs too."
The guys groaned. "Why should we?" someone whined.
She smirked. "Food."
Silence. Then, a sudden shift in their expressions.
One guy raised an eyebrow. "What food?"
Sansara simply shrugged. "Do it, and you'll see."
The guys exchanged glances before standing up, grumbling under their breaths as they moved outside. Soon, the sound of chairs scraping against the floor and tables being dragged filled the hallway as they begrudgingly followed her orders.
Meanwhile, Aven and Kairav remained seated, completely unbothered.
Sansara rolled her eyes and turned to Ishaan. "Get the bag."
Ishaan nodded, lifting the heavy bag with ease. Sansara then turned to Aven and Kairav, her gaze sharp.
"Move. You two aren't kings sitting on a damn throne."
Kairav glanced at her once before quietly standing up and walking out of the class without a word. Aven, however, had other plans.
He stood up but didn't leave. Instead, he walked straight toward her, stopping right in front of her. The corner of his lips curled up as he tilted his head slightly, looking at her in amusement.
"How do you always manage to pull off this kind of shit?" he asked, voice laced with something unreadable.
Sansara narrowed her eyes at him before showing him the middle finger. "None of your damn business."
Aven let out a soft chuckle before his hand shot out, grabbing her wrist. Before she could react, he pulled her back, making her stumble-her back colliding against his firm chest.
She sucked in a sharp breath.
Aven leaned down, his lips dangerously close to her ear as he whispered, his voice low and teasing.
"Tsk, tsk... showing that finger to me like you know how to use it. Should I teach you?"
His fingers brushed against the inside of her wrist.
Heat crept up Sansara's neck.
Before she could push him away, he smirked against her ear and pulled back, walking out of the classroom without another word.
She exhaled, rolling her eyes as she muttered, "Asshole."

Outside, the long table was set, and everyone was already seated, waiting for whatever food she had promised. Ishaan was still standing, holding the bag.
Sansara walked over and unzipped it, pulling out the first box. She placed it in front of Anadi, who dramatically gasped.
"No way," he whispered, eyes wide. "Pav Bhaji? Oh my god, Sansara, I love you."
She chuckled. "Yeah, yeah, calm down."
One by one, she distributed the boxes to everyone, their reactions ranging from surprised gasps to grateful smiles, while some just fell in love with her a little more.
