"The wall is very...interesting..." said Moxy dryly. (FIRST LINE EVER, LET'S GO!!! MY POOKIE BEAR ✧∘* ✧・゚✧∘* ✧・゚)

Arts nodded. He thought walls could be interesting enough if you just really looked at 'em. If it was a wall with paint splotches on it, then maybe you make shapes out of the splotches. You could also think of what you could paint on that wall, or what to put on it. Arts was obviously a creative fellow with an immense imagination.

Arts then frowned, remembering when Dr. Reflex said to go hang out with his friends. He took out his sketchpad and wrote down, "Do you think I'm lonely?" Moxy stared at the written-down question for a good while.

"Yeah," she said. Arts whined. Her half-lidded eyes raised a tad bit. "No offense, though. You just don't seem to be good at socializing with others."

Moxy was right; Arts and Crafters knew that he was horrible at meeting other people. He was so shy that it got in the way of everything. He craved friends so badly... Crafters looked down at the floor sadly, his eyes dilating as if he were about to cry.

Moxy could sense his sadness. She wasn't very good at comforting people...or talking to people at all, but she still tried. "Maybe you should...draw yourself a friend?" she shrugged her rocky shoulders. Arts and Crafters looked up at her with raised eyebrows. He's never thought of that. Why make friends when you could draw yourself one? Well, of course, it'd not be real, but it'd be nice to have an imaginary friend to talk to. Arts and Crafters smiled brightly at the statue girl and nodded with enthusiasm.

"Okay...you go do that." Moxy went back to staring at the wall.

Arts and Crafts wandered the halls until he found a vacant classroom. The sock puppet squinted at a chair, producing a blue aura around the furniture. He placed the chair down before the chalkboard and took a seat, using the same levitation spell to grab a piece of chalk. He tapped the tip against his chin, thinking.

Arts and Crafters drew a light circle, drawing a big, cheeky smile next. He added buck teeth, a big, bushy mustache, and a button nose. He then drew on circular glasses with dot eyes. For the finishing touch, Arts added a sidecut. Now, what could be his name? Arts looked down at the chalk piece he drew his imaginary friend with. Chalkles. Perfect. He wrote the name under the drawing.

Arts and Crafters leaned back and admired his drawing. But what was he supposed to do with it? Arts couldn't speak, and he couldn't play with the drawing either. Perhaps he could draw his new imaginary friend over and over again? Arts and Crafters sighed sadly. What was the point...?

Before he knew it, the drawing blinked. Chalkles blinked! Arts had almost forgotten that he was a sock puppet possessing the ability to do magic. Perhaps his desperate need for another friend was transferred through his magic and onto the board. Chalkles spun around, giggling and sniggering.
