Valeria is very carefree, charismatic, and energetic.  She is almost like a ray of sunshine who lights up every room.  She's rather optimistic and is often seen with a smile on her face.  Despite all of this, she's very kind, caring, and selfless towards everyone, especially to the people she cares about.  She's patient with other people as well, always offering an ear to listen, and has a gentle side when people are not in the best mood.

But Valeria is serious when she needs to be, especially on the battlefield.  Despite her extroverted personality, she's a different person when fighting.  She has a temper that no one should mess with.  And when her patience is tested, she doesn't hold anything back.  Deep down, she's easily emotional, and it isn't easy to hold back her tears.  Other people think that she's naive, and she slightly is, though she's working on changing that.

Backstory ~

Valeria was born and raised in a neighboring kingdom to Ithaca.  She was the princess and heir to her kingdom.  However, her mother and father were a bit strict on her, due to her standards as a princess.  They put her through training on how to be a proper princess, but Valeria didn't want any of that.  She never really liked her lessons on becoming ladylike in any way.  She wanted to go out and fight.  Become a warrior even.  But she knew that her parents were going to be against that.  So, she secretly went outside every night and trained herself on how to use a sword.  This has been happening for years.  During those years, her mother and father would often take her to Ithaca, as her family were allies with the family there.  Valeria grew up with the prince of Ithaca, Telemachus.  She would visit him often due to her family and grew very close with him.  However, one event in her kingdom had changed her life completely.  Her mother and father's kingdom were burned down, and Valeria couldn't find out who had done it.  Without thinking about it, she sailed all the way to Ithaca, and Telemachus was the first to find her.  Valeria had told the prince what had happened, and he took her with him to go see his mother, the queen of Ithaca, Penelope.  Without much hesitation, Penelope had taken her in.  Since then, she had been staying in the palace of Ithaca, and it grew to become her home as years passed by.

Telemachus ~ Valeria never realized it, but she had grown feelings for the prince of Ithaca as she was growing up with him.  It was definitely hard for her to hide it, especially when she was around him most of the time.  A lot of people could easily notice her obvious crush on him.  But she always denied it.  Plus, Valeria often wondered if Telemachus would like a carefree and energetic girl like her, as she was afraid that she might be annoying him sometimes.
